Very poor customer service, please I would advise anyone to go next door to chase if you actually wanted to be treated fair. I feel bad for my parents because they still conduct business with them. The lady who works as manager Brenda has an attitude problem. Most of them do. God bless them.

First, entire team was AMAZING. Needed new account and a notary. Made 11:30am appt, such a great idea to make appt online, so easy. LINH TRAN was my savior, from new account details to BEING a notary. Kind, offered to reimburse cost of printing notary doc if I couldn’t “rewrite” while with them. Was able to, emailed to her, she notarized. Perfect experience. I cannot say enough. Best bank experience of my life & I’m over 50!!!

BAD customer service! The guy in front must really not like his job too much with an attitude when answering a simple question. Called and they never answer their phone. Time to switch bank.

Worst customer service in banking. Tellers are always short staff especially at the beginning of the month. Why would they allow 2 merchants services (business transactions) at the same time in the teller counter -taking up time counting cash, especially with only 2 tellers working?? I've been banking for the last 20 years. You assess the issues, then delegate to fix the problem. But my main issue is with Brenda the gal upfront (first person of contact, when you walk in), I asked her to do a deposit, a cashless transaction, she hands me a deposit slip and tells me to stand in line. I understand if there was a lot of people needing her assistance, however, she wasn't helping anyone at the time. She could of made a quick deposit and helped the with flow of the teller line, but instead she refused to and with an attitude, As if I was a burden to her workplace. This place is upsetting to go to. I would not conduct business at this location ever.

I visited the bank to request my account statement copies and was received most warmly. Linh Tran is a manager who deserves great commendation for her kindness and professionalism. Linh gave me exemplary service and was still wishing me a great day from as far as the front doors while on my way out. Blessings, Peace & All Goodness ?

This is one of the worse Banks of America they always are short staffed although there seems to be a lot of employees they only have one cashier for business and one cashier for personal accounts, they always make all the customers wait a lot of time, it seems like the manager is doing all of the micromanagement, this is and will be always a busy location but they don't car, they already got the money

I needed to deposit cash. I walked in during normal business hours, confirmed where I needed to go at the check in desk, waited in line for less than a minute, handed the teller my deposit slip I filled out when I entered the teller area and my cash. They verified my identity and processed my transaction. I also had a couple of coins I was unsure of their origin and asked for feedback on them. The bank manager was happy to say that I should keep them as one of them may be worth at least $100 and the other was a Paris commemorative souvenir coin. I received them back, thanked the teller and manager for their time and left.I would go back.

Seems like nobody knows what to do, 2 tellers, 2 bankers, people waiting in lobby, both bankers on the phone with someone trying to figure out what to do, full line the whole time. Stood in line to be told I needed to wait for a banker after a banker yelled at me to go cash my check at the teller. Been here for a least 30 mins just to cash a check...Worst bank ever, had problems with them before this too.

1 teller with 6 people in line and a bunch of people walking around. How do they not have someone for backup or the ability to call for help? Don't thank man for my patience get another teller in here, I would like my bank visits to be less then 20.

Went there this morning,the young manat the door had a bad attitude,wasn’t willing to help me or help me understand my problem.Dismissed me and moved to the couple behind me!Have had better services at other Bank of America offices!

It started with negative review but I ended up deleting that and changing it to 5 star because of the manager Rechiel and Gerry are awesome people they went above and beyond to fulfill my need. Thank you.
