I watched an employee walk around the store and tell customers he was from the opposite department of whatever they needed help with. So if they needed help with a T.V. He would say sorry I only deal with cameras or if they asked for help with appliance's he'd say he only deals with computers. This store is a joke.

I bought a full kitchen of appliances and when they installed them they damaged a cabinet. It was an undisputed claim. It took a year and a half, a dozen phone calls, and more than a dozen emails to Best Buy and Sedgwick which handles their claims. Broken promises, unresponsive, Best Buy hiding behind Sedgwick. Seems like a scam. I finally got their attention when I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I should have done that a year ago. I do not recommend. Poor customer service. A waste of my time.

Can never get help. Gave up after 30 mins of trying to find someone to unlock a case.Update: again could not find help in two departments. First cell phones then speakers. Why is so hard to spend my money in your store.

Can't even pick up the phone, absolute lack of customer service. They just send you to their corporate line, how are they supposed to answer questions about the store if they're not even there?!

I have had so many problems getting any help with my 32" smart tv I bought there, they make you have to make an appointment and it can be a week out and they act like you are a nuisance if its just a cheap tv. That Geek Squad is a scam! All the equipment I have purchased falls apart AFTER the 15 day return window then youre stuck with broken garbage! I really this company! Will not be going back as long as I can help it!

Terrible. I was waiting almost 1 hours to see someone, almost 4 people came over and said I’ll call someone to help you ?. Just to get a dashcam I was waiting almost 1 hour. Finally, I didn’t buy and I left the store.The funny thing is that this store name is Best Buy ????
