Good selection of liquor. An out-of-state friend and I went here this month, and my friend bought a value priced 1.75 liter bottle of Hendricks gin. At the checkout, despite my earlier heads up, he was stunned by the WA state liquor tax due. The sales associate very kindly said let me help, and quickly entered the club discount which went a long way towards offsetting the tax. My friend and I were so happy. So we learned that the cashiers here know how to win a BevMo customer for life, and their club program is very good. Kudos to BevMo for enabling their people to help customers, and to the sales associate for kindness in providing immediate help. We’ll be back.

The Southcenter Location has the worst customer service ever. Left product at the register after being ignored whilst once employee broke down boxes and the other sat at a desk and helped a vendor that walked in and continued to ignore us.

Great place to find all of your alcohol needs. Went today and was shocked at the massive variety of liquor. From gin to Kailua to tequila they have it. But don’t think it’s just limited to hard booze. They also have a broad selection of wine and beer. Most varieties come in common stock. They also have top shelf and upper top shelf, if there is such a thing, to tempt the consumer. For sure give them a try.

They no longer have a notification sysyem to alert that you are there for curbside pick up so you have to go inside and pick up your order. The entrance is accessible, but if curbside is your preferred accomadation this location no longer has it. I called from the spot and they were able to bring my order out. I think it would be helpful if they taped a note or something letting people know that to the curbside parking spot so they aren't left waiting outside after checking in on the email, unaware they need to go inside.

I had an unpleasant experience at BevMo! My dinner plan was cancelled. Since the bottle of wine was unopened, I went to the store and made a request for a refund. The cashier willingly agreed to process the return. A few moments later... he pulled me to the side and asked the customer from behind me to come forward. She asked why. He replied by saying: because I had a return, she should go before me. When she said she didn't mind, he begrudgingly continued my return. Needless to say, I felt uncomfortable being placed in the situation. You could feel coldness from the cashier's demeanor. It was my first time returning an item that I originally paid by phone. Naively, I asked how I would "swipe" my card. His response to me was pure arrogance: you oughta know. When the transaction was over, he did not bid me farewell. There was no gesture or form of communication to indicate the transaction was complete. Instead, I left the counter and walked out of the store in awkward silence. Matthew's passive-aggressive behavior suggests that there is a contrast in customer service for purchases and returns. Because the latter is inferior to the first, customers with returns are deprioritized at checkout. State law allows for the return of unopened alcohol. Yet through his actions, the cashier has made it clear that not only is he above the law, but also above his paygrade. He was being extra for no reason. How does his behavior build bridges and encourage customers to come back? We've come a long way from "Thank you. Come again". He's the reason why customers prefer online shopping rather than coming to the store. I look forward to automation.

Their gift card is super easy to stolen. When I went this store, I ask the staff for check my gift card balance first, but all staff told me can’t find it, and then let me check the balance on their website. I did it and I saw the balance of 100 dollars. After I pick something to check out in 20 minutes, the staff told me only $5.86 left in gift card. To start, Why can’t they check the balance of gift card? I think the store's official website or credit card machine has been hacked!!!!!Don’t buy their gift card. It stolen so fast!

Prices are high, selection is poor from what it used to be. Prices were missing from a few items. Doubt I'll return.
