Unless this place is an outlet there is no selection at all for boots. I was looking for work boots and they only have 2 sizes on the shelf. I asked if they have more in back and they said what we have is on the shelf……what kind of BOOT STORE has only 2 sizes???

Kids working here act like black people shouldn't be shopping for Western apparel! Let me remind them that our people have ALWAYS been the Best of Cowboys/Girls! Will NOT go back I felt Awkward!

The employees attention to customers in this store was really bad. When i walked in no one greeted me the way that they do at any other boot barn. They were also laughing/talking very loudly, and they never asked if i needed any help finding what i was looking for. They saw me standing and still didn’t take any action.

The worst customer service ever.
My husband and I went in to buy him a pair of boots and we didn’t receive a greeting when we walked in, just stares from the employees who were all standing at the front register talking.
We started looking around for some boots and no one ever offered any sort of help. We needed a little bit of guidance and we were deciding between two pairs of boots, and we got no help. We decided to just get a pair of inserts, and while we were checking out every single employee was standing there continuing their conversation and we still got no acknowledgement. While we were getting checked out the employee would not look at us and then proceeded to tell her coworker “don’t worry I’ll tell you in a minute” as if it was inconvenient that we were there.
The phone rang and NO ONE wanted to answer it, so it just rang and rang until one of them finally went over.
As someone who worked customer service for YEARS I get it. But this was just unacceptable. Honestly every single one of the employees in there today needs to be fired, because the supervisor was also part of the situation. We were going to spend $600 on a pair of boots and they lost the sale. Very unfortunate and very very disappointing. We will no longer be shopping there.

Absolute great friendly service from all the staff members. The store is well laid out and flows nicely. I had the privilege of purchasing a nice Stetson hat and a brand new pair of Danner boots from this location.The boots itself are my third pair from Danner. My first lasted me almost 10 years and all I had to pay for was resoling and polish.Looking forward to continuing my boot barn, shopping relationship for years to come ?

Went in here and was trying to find my size in some Thourogoods. 14EE, they didn't have that size in any of their boots. Which is pretty normal. I've got a big size. When I asked if they could check their inventory, they said they don't have any way of looking up what they have in stock. Bold face lie. How else are they going to place an order? But whatever.I asked if they could check another location, they said that their system won't allow that.(Thought you didn't have a system) oh well again. Asked if they can order my size into the store. I was told to just go to the Fife location, they have more "working class" inventory.

Drove an hour out to come to this store and spend $380 dollars here. I didn’t get the customer service I was hoping for. When I would explain what I was looking for I was always suggested the opposite. Sadly the store is quite limited in pants for women, especially if you wanted to be creative. They only seemed to have the traditional wear which is fine and great for most people but I wanted something more. I had three people “help” me but they seemed clueless on what I wanted even after explaining it to them. Naylie I think her name was seemed to be the only one who knew what she was talking about and actually helped me proper but I unfortunately came in when she was about to go to lunch. I think I’ll shop online in the future since there’s more variety but I needed a pair of boots and pants today.

People are welcoming and friendly, but you have to be every EVERY carful when buy from this location. Remember this is a business and they want money ( obviously ) so they aren't going to tell you about what you can and can not return back.Hats apparently can't be worn in the rain and boot can't be worn, so just stay clear from this place.
