This company parked and blocked a fire lane causing a 3 car backup in the alleyway. Some basic etiquette and respect would help this business grow.

Was hired by our managing agent for our HOA community to clean catch basins. I believe we were overcharged for the work they did. Didn't trust the estimator that was sent out to do the estimate. The two wokers sent out said our drains were very clean and hardly needed any work. It was a make work project. I would not hire them again. Lack of integrity from estimate to work performed.

Hector Soto was phenomenal to work with! We had a job needing to be done for a customer of ours and Hector was quick to respond and very detailed. They did great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing storm drain cleaning.

We had no problem with the on-site work - we were a bit frustrated w/ the estimating and billing process. We accept partial responsibility for not probing more deeply but certain things were NOT communicated to us until we questioned the billing. To add insult, the revised invoice was processed before i had a chance to review it (I was told via email it was not going to be processed until EOB and that was NOT the case.) the truck arrived on site at 9am and left the work site at 1. we were charged for 9 hours; when i asked for an explanation, I was told that charges begin when the truck leaves the 'barn' and ends when the truck returns. That was the 1st I heard that was how Bravo charged. I was also told the cleaning of the hoses is very involved ... ok, that's understandable but 5 hours for cleaning and travel back to base? There was a second truck on site (arrived @ 9 and left our site (at 1pm) to get a load of soil to fill in the trench ... he took 2.5 hours to get back and 30 minutes of work filling. We were billed another 9 hours. When i asked for an explanation, I was told he drove to Snohomish! And that brings me to my final point. On the day of the procedure, I get an email 2 hours from the appointment and am told the estimate doesn't include material and labor for filling the trench! That's absolutely ridiculous! I was assured it wouldn't be that much - well, it was 500 dollars for just the labor portion of the final bill! That's a lot in my opinion. Better transparency would have been ideal. The original estimate was for 2 full days + overtime and i don't take solace in the fact Bravo's final bill was half their estimate - perhaps that's a strategy ...
