I do not recommend this place. First time went here, was suppose to just do threading. Lady kept upselling, so fine - did eye brow lamination, tinting and threading. This lamination burns btw and so i complained about it and she said thats normal and when she did tinting right after it was worse. So now my eyebrows week later started thining! im just hoping it will grow back.
Also i was told we’ll have you check the shape before tinting blahblah, didnt happen, shape was awful. And i also asked i do not like super dark eyebrows, she didnt listen, she doesnt care it was DARK! I am just beyond disappointed about everything.
When I paid was surprised about the price i thought the gel was part of the service the way she talked about it “ill give you this gel” but no it wasnt free. She also added some lip oil so i said oh i dont want that. That eyebrow gel product, i ended up tossing it a way.
She kept upselling at the counter, if you prepay now you get to pay the same price promo that you got today. UH NO!
Wont come back, theyre very sus and scammy be careful, service sucks

Went to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday and I was burnt due to the wax being too hot. When questioned the lady said I had sensitive skin, in which I never did. She put rubbing alcohol on it which made the pain even worse.

I had a great experience getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here! The service was quick, easy, and the staff were super friendly. They did an excellent job shaping my brows exactly how I wanted.

My underbrow area is injured. This is the result of brow threading the next day after it was done. You can see that the left area is well done, and the right area is clearly injured. It is much more noticeable in person than on the photo, and it hurts. Not coming back.

I have went to this place a couple times and never had this happen to me before the lady was very aggressive she broke the thread on the 3rd strike on a brand new thread it’s because she was being ruff and she was scraping my eye lid with the thread I told her to stop and she laughed and said oh it is supposed to hurt and even though I said no it hurt I rather you wax them, she got very mad and said she is not hurting me. Well I went to the car and I had 3 cuts on my eyelid!! Now it is scabbing and looks like I got into a fight. I do not recommend going to this facility ! This picture is the day after!! I called the number on the website as soon as it happened to turn the lady in so she won’t mark nobody else’s face up but nobody will return my call.

I went in today only for eyebrow threaded. She then talked me into getting my eyebrows tinted and lamination and she let me know for all three it would be 100 dollars ok cool. In the middle of my service I started asking more questions and asked about after care that’s when she let me know she’ll send me home with two different products. When I went to pay and my total came out to about 150 dollars! I was a little confused on how we got to that price until I saw her put two little products in a bag and had just assumed she charged me for these products without telling me. I didn’t get any information on how to use it and wasn’t told that she was charging me for these products. I believed it came with the service. I didn’t say anything and just payed because I don’t really like to deal with confrontation. Very disappointed with my service feels like I was taken advantage of.

I want to leave a feedback on 2 main points which has become a pain point for me and I am considering going to some other place from now on
1) no mean no. Please don't force your customers to take your packages or get certain service done when they don't want to. Whoever is a regular customer would come back without you pushing to buy your packages
2) I am a PCOS patient and my hair grows back the very next day on my chin and upper lips. I don't have the money or time to get it done every week. So sometimes I wax it or use an epilator at home. I understand that can lead to thicker growth but I am ok with that .There is a lady ( I don't want to name her) who always makes me feel bad for using an epilator and she says the same thing every visit. At this point I pray before walking in that I don't get her for my service. May be stop giving unsolicited advise making your customers feel embarrassed or pressurized at this point
It took me a while to write this feedback as I don't believe in leaving bad reviews but today it was enough for me to finally sit down and write this review

Service: Thread/Wax (Shaping) and Tint
Such a fun way to treat yourself, and a great idea to have this in a mall. I got to relax for an hour while everyone else went shopping. I was nervous, but my technician, I believe her name is Manjit, was friendly and I knew I was in good hands. For example when I was struggling getting my brows threaded, she recommended waxing them instead and I was so grateful, because that was faster and less painful. The service itself was pleasant and comfortable. Admittedly I was nervous that my brows might be too dark and blocky, until the next morning when I washed them thoroughly with face wash + shampoo, now they look incredible. You need to TRUST THE PROCESS and their expertise. I’m so happy I took the leap. Great way to freshen up your look. The only thing I might have done differently, as a blonde, would be to have chosen the Light dye color instead of the Medium, but I’m happy nonetheless. Take any negative reviews with a grain of salt because YES the immediate end result can take some getting used to, but that just means they’re providing the full service, you wouldn’t be very happy if you paid and left the shop with the same brows you came in with!

My boyfriend and I were pushed into getting our brows laminated. He got his done with his stylist phrasing it as “reshaping” his brows and he didn’t realize chemicals would be involved. I told her no since I had a big trip the next day for a wedding, but I regrettably gave in when my stylist kept pressuring me and kept saying that my partner was getting it done so I should too.
I’m assuming a waiver is normal for this procedure, as they had my boyfriend sign one partway through. However, they never gave me one to sign. I felt burning and pain partway through which my stylist knew since I’d flinch when she combed my brows with her wire spoolie and she’d stop. Next thing I know on my flight I had chemical burns and scabbing all along my brows that formed during my flight. To top it all off, the shape didn’t even look nice either.

I came in during lunch at noon. There were two women working on Monday. It didn’t look too crowded given that I was the only one waiting and they were each, working on a customer. After 5 minutes of waiting, one of the lady finished, then told me that the other lady would be taking care of me. I said that’s fine. But after 20 mins, the other lady wasn’t done yet. I stood up and asked what time it’ll be, she said it’ll take another 2 minutes. Obviously 2 minutes went by quick because she still wasn’t finished with the other customer and decided to leave.
I did not once complain about this place because I am still a regular.
I give this place a 3 stars solely because I still like the service it provides. I do not like some of the women at this location.
