I have been shopping at this location for years. It is definitely the best LB store in the greater Seattle area. I'm surprised to see bad reviews, but many of them look like one-time guests who were maybe having a bad day. The manager of this store is very personable and remembers the regular customers. She's great! This location always has the best selection and service is always good. The store can be very busy and you do have to wait for a dressing room sometimes. But that is just another sign of their great selection and service.

I absolutely LOVE this store! It's the only place I buy intimates now, because not only do they carry my size, the items are also proportioned correctly - not just scaled up versions of smaller items, which don't match where fat generally accumulates on the body or the proportions of larger-boned and tall women. The bras are top notch and the staff cares about getting you the correct sizing and fit for your needs or preferences. The staff also is more focused on finding you the right clothes for your style and shape, than they are on a sale. They'd rather have happy, satisfied return customers, which is the best policy. I have always come out of here - and it's sister store Lane Bryant - smiling and feeling like I got cute, comfortable clothing I can enjoy for a long time.
