Not open at 3:30 on Saturday before Christmas. Not sure why they bother having a store if they just tell you to shop on the website. Wasted a whole trip to Southcenter.

Came here to get a Christmas gift for my pregnant colleague going on leave soon and found the store locked shut at 3:30 on a Saturday pointing to their website. Why bother having a store?

Very bad service the manager very bad to customer bad behavior. Location store 00440 Tukwila WA. Hopefully fix that girl, she has to learn more about the experience.I like the Carter but very bad if you have manager like that. She has long hair Asian girl.

They mainly sell baby and children's clothes, but they don't carry toiletries such as baby shampoo.
I was impressed by how kind and cute the staff members were.

Kid played with toys while we shopped. Staff was very helpful and nice. My one year boy now picks up women better than me.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of free parking. Easy access for major roadways. Attractive store displays.

Coin shortage huh???? they pull out this raggedy, balled up, sign after you make your purchase because they don't want to give you your change back. Mind you they're next to a bank. I went down to the street to buy buy baby. No problem at all and they had changed. this place is a rip off plus their customer service stinks. A call to corporate was made.

Don't bother calling or texting their "curbside pick up" the response team is in India and by the time store gets notified that you're sitting there waiting for your kid's sox, you'll run out of gas... Just go in the store and pick up yourself, much quicker.

The worst app ever,.. I got a notice that my order is ready I go to pick up and only 3 items are ready but for some reason all the items are marked ready. I am told we will call you when the items arrive 3 weeks later, I still have not received a call.

Based on my experience, store was decently organized. Customer service was good. Employees viewed working hard, etc. Would recommend overall.
