I had the pleasure of shopping at DXL for the first time, and I must say, Larry made the entire experience exceptional. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm, welcoming attitude and offered to assist with anything we needed. Larry’s knowledge of the store’s inventory and his understanding of fit and styles was impressive. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and provided thoughtful, personalized recommendations that made a world of difference.
What really stood out was his outstanding customer service—Larry made sure we felt comfortable, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great shopping experience. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows the product but genuinely cares about making the experience enjoyable. Everyone in the store was super helpful! Larry Hansen is a real professional! He was eager to assist and extremely helpful. That is why we came back to this DXL and not another one. If you need a DXL, this is the location. Ask for Larry, you won’t be disappointed.
