For starters, the store was EXTREMELY unorganized and messy. The customers had to step over clothes and shoes all over the place! There weren’t any staff working the floor to ensure customers were taken care of , they were all at the register. There were 4 individuals working at the time, 3 females and a male. I continued to shop due to the awesome sales the store was offering. I eventually made my way to the fitting room area where I waited to get a room. No one came to assist me. The fitting room was dark and had a rack of clothes “go backs” in front of it. I went to the front of the store to get an employee to let me in. She did so. While I was trying on my clothes another customer needed a fitting room but again no one was there to assist. The female had to literally crawl under the fitting room door to let herself in. As a former Store Manager myself this is a huge Loss Prevention issue. There was absolutely no zoning or coverage of the store. Again , all the employees were up front hanging out at the register talking amongst themselves about personal things like what they were doing after work or cracking jokes. After trying on my items and picking the ones I wanted I made my way to the counter. The young female then started to scan my items . I explained to her that I wanted to price check everything first and get a total before I chose the items I wanted to buy. She continued to do it her way anyways. As she’s checking me out she is completely distracted by her co-workers and continues to have conversation with them. After I stopped her numerous times about how I just wanted a price check she finally understood what I wanted. I chose my final items and was ready to purchase. She then starts to remove the items I no longer want off of my total. During the process she is still talking and joking with her co-workers. I notice she double scans an item! I immediately stop her and said “excuse me , you scanned that twice “. She ensures me that she did not and continued to move through the transaction. Once I paid … multiple receipts started printing out which in the retail world that is a normal indicator that something was does incorrectly. She then SCREAMS her managers name from clear across the store and the manager responded with “WHAT” she then told her she needed help. At this point I’m already upset because I told her the mistake and instead of stopping her side talks she would have caught that error. The manager comes and starts logging in on the other register and asking me about my contact information. No one has apologized at this point or even told me what was occurring. I only knew what they were doing due to my prior experience as a Retail Store Manager. I give her my information and told her that I would like to receive cash back and not for it to go back on my debit card. The manager says “ no I can’t do that.. it has to go back the way you paid if that’s okay?”. I told her it was not okay but and that it wasn’t my fault that I was double charged and that the girl was not paying attention to what she was doing. She got quite … pushed a few buttons then the register popped out. She shoved the cash in my hand and walked away. The other female slammed my shopping bag on the counter and called the next customer to the counter. I then grabbed my bag and said “wow you guys really need to work on your professionalism and customer service !” And walked off. I am extremely disappointed in my experience at this location . This is the first Charlotte Russe I’ve been able to find since I’ve moved to WA and was excited when I seen it. I will not be returning until they are under new management and bring the store up to the correct standard. South Center is such a gorgeous mall to have such a disgusting store in it.

I've been coming to this store for about a year now. It used to be pretty dirty and messy, but I've noticed over the last couple months it has been much cleaner, and just overall much nicer. Can't say the same for the some of the other stores in the area

Be careful!!! I bought 5 clothes but they double charged me for $84. Good thing I checked my receipt and spotted something wrong, so I talked to the staff. The staff said she voided it, it shouldn’t charge me. Then charged me again for correct price. It’s almost a month but i still haven’t got my $84 back yet.

Bad service. I saw the price on the window is $10. But when I check out they said $15. So I didn't take it and I let them know about the wrong price. When I walked out the store I heard them said behind my back " get out of here". Is that customer service???

I love Charlotte Russe! The only down side with this store is, omg the cashiers are always sooo damn slow! It honestly feels like they purposely go slow even when there’s a huge line! I use to work retail and have never seen any workers work THAT slow. Like common. Ive experience this multiple occasions before leaving this review. Please pick up the pace!

Horrible to say the least.As a retail worker myself in this Same mall I am always understanding of other retail stores and policy knowledge; However, this experience with Charlotte Russe was so beyond okay that I HAD to write a review in regard to my horrible experience.I’m not going to type a ranting paragraph from A-Z about how they could’ve gave better service, I’m simply going to say that they’re return/exchange policy is TRASH!!!I went in there multiple times for the 3 days I was working my shifts upstairs, trying to find the right pair of shorts for this weekend (Memorial Day), I had good conversations with the staff, even waited patiently while a manager trained a new employee on exchanges, all good vibes and energy.Being that the fitting rooms are not open, that day I had to take my merchandise home and try everything on. When I did so I realized that the zipper to a pair of my shorts was broken ALREADY. Super bummer because they’re the really cute festival shorts that are currently half off the marked price. Since I worked again today, on my lunch I went down to exchange them for another pair. That’s when I was rudely informed that since the shorts left the store they could not be exchanged since they are technically damaged. This blew my mind! Mainly because I had been in there LITERALLY yesterday and was NOT informed of that when I had done my previous exchange. If I had tried them on in the store and the zipper was broke already it seems that would have made the difference. The question arises HOW would I KNOW that the merch is damaged if I’m not ABLE to try them on in the store? Seems like a money leeching setup in hindsightMy experience today was undeniably revolting and put a sour taste in my mouth from the experience. Because of this I have sworn off going into another Charlotte Russe ever again, I’d suggest you to beware when you shop there as well.

I will give this store 2 stars. The cashier(Manager) always giving me attitude like its my fault that i got the shorts in $5 rack. And i was told it wasnt $5 cause it ring up $10. She said someone put it in the wrong rack. It happened to me twiced. ? i love this store cause its cheap and somehow good quality i guess. But im not sure if im coming back. Im scared imma get blame again lol ?

Be careful with there hidden price scams. Giving 2 star for the poor cashier who was just doing her job. Wasn’t her fault. I got 3 pair of PJs. Pair!! The shorts and top both hanging in 1 hanger at the back on 50% off rack with the price tag hanging of $19.99 I got it to cash and it came up to $60. The cashier said the bottom is separate price and top is separate which is $19.99. Ok, that’s fine. Where is the price tag for shorts? It’s not there. They all hanging “together” under one price tag. They told me the shorts is $10 ( no price tag on it. Only shows in there screen while checking out) and the pathetic top is $19.99?? So a pair of PJ set cost $29.99. I didn’t realize till I was about to walk out the door. The cashier offered me store credit but that’s not the point. You need to make sure the prices are up for customers to see. Literally I could bring your business to courtroom for framing customers. The entire store is on discount but just be mindful when you cash out. It’s not always as it seems out there.

Always had and I believe always will have a great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. The pricing is a little high for my liking and it seems a lot of locations have closed down but nonetheless I still enjoy shopping here.

I went there and bought clothes for $22 and gave the worker $100 and she gave me back ONLY $20 back. I couldn’t get a refund or anything.

Bad service especially cashier we shop and 2 items missing then when I came back not even give the missing items they want me to wait for their call to just get my missing clothes horrible I drove 30mins for nothing.
