“I love this place for finding used electronics and everything related like cables for old equipment or new and old parts for computers and other things. Very clean and very well lit. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff! I wished I lived MUCH closer to visit them WAY more often for the rummaging through all the fun things found in here! I have and could spend many hours in here with each visit. Plan a list of things you need because there is so many things to look through and find here! This place also has a changing museum of sorts inside of older fascinating tech to teach kids!”

“The Tukwila Best Buy has the best customer service. Super friendly staff. Oh my gosh, the manager, Tate, and the Samsung rep, Juan, were amazing! Truthfully, the entire staff was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Love, love, love this Best Buy ❤️ over the one in Federal Way! Keep up the great customer service guys, and you'll be the most sought after store in the US.”

“I don't come here often. Last time was 4 years ago. But shout out to Dennis! A great help and overall great experience upgrading my phone yesterday. Fantastic customer service from start to finish.”
