DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Indigo Urgent Care. The doctors here will gaslight you, tell you to go home and take basic pain meds without even thoroughly examining you. We got a second opinion from Indigo, where they took our medical issue seriously and immediately identified the problem that Concentra couldn't, without even needing an x-ray, which we had to virtually beg for. We came back five days later as advised to Concentra and were told, "What do you want us to do?" YOUR JOB, LOL. I mean, the incompetence! Indigo identified our medical issue within three minutes of hands-on testing and gave us a quick two-day treatment plan. Concentra will waste your time and money. Save yourself the trauma and hassle--go to Indigo.

There was a racist Asian lady who was being rude to me, I was being respectful and kind, she wanted to help everyone except me knowing I was who signed in first, she purposely threw away my sign in sheet, and had the audacity to say rude did you sign when i literally signed in 40 minutes ago, she amongst her coworkers was talking about me saying I'm a bitch when I was being so respectful , they were glaring at me for a whole 5 mins then she purposely in took people who came after me , just ignoring me purposely, and after she walked passed me saying eww to me and looking at me grossly and I waited for another hour they still didn't call me so I just left, don't ever come here people here are rude as hell and have a stanky adittude and they don't care about anyone but themselves

I advise everyone there to not go this place because there's a woman she's from Asia and she works in the front desk. She was very very bad and she keep like seeing the people the color and specially the colors like African something Mexican and some Refugees like that and the people also can't speaking English also so she was very rude treat .I prefer no one go there the first place . The worst place never saw in my life. I had already came early and she was like pretending I'm not there until I had asked someone what's going on I spoke someone there and tried to fix the problem but believe me she's very very bed that person She had done something in the system . Believe she's sick she need to a doctor before patient. many people they came late or they came early and they go in there inside.

You line up to have the front desk call individuals out of order. Long wait times regardless if you arrive when the doors are unlocked. They send a text message and have you fill out paper work and you're waiting.. and waiting.. and waiting..

Came in at opening (8am) it's currently 10:30 am and I have yet to be seen or called for a simple drug screening for a job. If you value your time at all request to go to Labcorp or virtually anywhere else. I wish I could leave negative stars

Rose - very rude. We walked up and she snapped at us to sign a form. No hello, no how can I help you. Just "fill out here" and turned her back to us. I tried to ask if we were even in the right place and she gave me some sass pointing out the paper in my bfs hand, saying it was some type of form that's for them like if I was supposed to know. She was very short and snippy with her answers and we sat down. After about 20min she called us up and asked my bf for his number again, misplacing the sheet she read his name from. She signed him in and sent a text a while later to officially sign in. In the meantime we heard Kat apologize to another client because a student worker misplaced the clients personal items. Kat raised her voice at a client repeating "I already told you that. I told you that!" A colored male calling clients in for their tests came out and kept calling a name. He tried having me go to the back. I told him I wasn't there for a test and he said "I'm pretty sure it's you" Then he spoke to kat and she didn't know what he was doing or what files he was pulling from. Files were being misplaced. It was very chaotic. When they finally had some down time we could hear Kat and Rose gossiping about a client saying some very judgmental comments. I asked for their names and they started speaking to people with more respect. I also noticed another staff member came out from the back to gossip with the girls up front who kept telling everyone that this place was busy and understaffed. This place needs a staff check. And records here need to be kept more private. The staff member trying to get me to go to the back was off this whole experience was just very unpleasant

I swore to myself that I would never write a yelp review but this place was so awful I don't have a choice. I went here for a drug screening and a physical for a job. If you like wasting your time, money, and patience this is the place for you. Never in my life had I heard of an urgent care with a wait time of six hours. SIX HOURS!! I asked if I could leave and have them call me and I was told no, and any follow up questions were met with rudeness from the staff. They expected me to sit in a waiting room all day to be seen for a physical that would take 15 minutes. To top it off, the waiting room had 1 person. This place should not be in business, I will never come back to Concentra

HORRIBLE. The receptionist is RUDE! After sitting in the office for 45 minutes someone told me I could not be seen. DO NOT GO THERE! HORRIBLE! I will never go to a Concenta Urgent care EVER AGAIN!

After waiting over 2 hours for tb test and they lost my documents and told me filled out another form. The worst customer service ever I had. don't come this place unless you don't get care from other places ...

Literlly don't go to this place.. I came here to get a tb test and as soon as I walked in the receptionist just kept talking to her co-worker.....okay now when I went inside to get the TB skin test done the lady dropped the syringe and just the way that she sounded like she was drunk or something and lastly she couldn't open a bandaid and asked me to open it for her.. DONT COME HERE

What ever happened to proper customer service, you greet people with a smile and when someone is talking to you and asking questions, you don't start talking to another patient. My first job in healthcare was front desk. I did it for years, I even supervised patient registration in an ER for one of the busiest hospitals here in the area. Maybe your company needs to have your staff watch videos on patient customer service.

The staff of this place is rude. They don't care about customers if you ask them a single question they start saying you want to wait or leave ? I was there for drug test and white guy came in 20 minutes after me for drug test and they call him first. When i ask the rude nurse with purple hair because red and start saying if you want to leave. NOT RECOMMENDED

I went here 3x's. First was on a Saturday to get a TB done they said some BS after I had been waiting over an hour that they didn't do blood work on weekends right? Ok so I went on a Monday then they say after I waited over 1 hour that they didn't have the kit to do a TB test. So I left I returned a 3rd time for a TB test on a Friday I waited for over 2hours until they decided it was time to let me know they had no carrier to pick up the kit after 3pm I told that (I guess manager) I had been waiting since 2:28pm it just takes 5 minutes for a blood test for a TB test. Fast forward I had to go out of my way to Bellevue and the lady their said you don't need a kit it's just two tubes of blood. So the Takwila location just didn't want to do it. They lied from day one. So never go to this location it's not fit to even be up and running. They have no common curtesy for our (time spent) there waiting and waiting without so much as anyone stepping forward to keep us informed about how long of a wait time will it take? No communication from their part at all.

I arrived on a Thursday morning (05/11/2023) around 9:30AM for a pre-enployment drug screen. Front desk people were surprisingly super cool to check in with. Usually, it's a pair of miserable clerks at these type of places that want to make everybody else's day just as miserable. Very refreshing to experience for once. I got checked in and waited no longer than 10 minutes until my name was called. Again, SURPRISING. There were about 5 other people in the clinic. The "collector" was also pretty cool. She didn't act like an empty husk like I typically experience, and we talked like how regular people are supposed to talk. I was leaving when I walked past the front desk guy, and he told me to have a good day. Small thing, but it meant a lot to me in that setting. This place is dope lol. I've been to urgent-care clinics for a pre-employment drug screening about 5 times in my life, and this was, I repeat, a refreshing experience. Zero attitude. Wish I could've gotten their names to give them a shout out. I probably got lucky with a good set of employees that day.

The physician was very rude told me I should go to school and get a real job so I don't get a injury in construction never have I been treated this way I would never recommend coming here
