Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this establishment, especially with the tire manager. My tires had a warranty, but they're going to charge me a very high amount again, and I'm forced to buy all four tires, supposedly because they're no longer working with those tires. And where is what they call a warranty? That's a scam, and the manager is racist. I won't go to that establishment again.

Poor customer service at this location.
Some of the employees here (not all) are extremely rude. I was waiting to use the air inflation station, and there was a car parked there for a long time. I thought the person (an older woman) was using the air, but turns out she was just parked there for a tire appointment.
When I asked the employees about it, they gave me attitude and told me it was fine for appointment customers to park there. That makes no sense — the air station is meant for quick use, not parking. Other Costco locations don’t allow this kind of thing at all.
If you're going to let people block the air station, just remove it. This setup is frustrating, and the staff clearly doesn’t care about helping or communicating respectfully. Not a good experience

I been a member since 2001 today this is the second time I been yelled buy an employee there. They scan my wife’s card and she was a bit ahead of me he yelled that’s not you!!! My wife turns around and said no it’s me. He didn’t even say sorry. Today again same thing happened loos like they stop carrying for the customer of made they treat people of color differently here cuz he did the same thing to another customer coming in with his wife. I travel a lot and Costco never failed me till this month. 23 years and I have never counted any issue with Costco.

Understaffed, lack of attention to detail, employees seemed overworked and not interested in doing a good job. Went there to repair a flat and buy 2 new tires. 1.25 hours later they'd repaired the flat and forgot to install the new tires. Not worth any savings you may receive.

They need a designated front desk person. The phone was ringing off the hook, a constant flow of people waiting around, and they keep leaving every 5-10 minutes to check on the status on cars. There's got to be a better way. I sat on the bench for 15 minutes without much as a second glance or question. Granted, I know I could make the initiative and ask, but wanted to know if he'd ever get to me on his own. *Shrug* eventually got up and asked about my car. This is the 5th time I've brought it to a tire center (both to 2 Costcos and 1 les Schwab) and none of them could find my leak and blamed it on my corroded rim. I bought a used one and replaced it. It went flat in a month again. Thankfully this time was the first time someone found the TINIEST leak and was able to patch it for free! Finally, some relief. I want to clarify, that the people working there have been nothing but pleasant and surprisingly calm demeanor with customers under the amount of work and pressure they are doing. They were nonstop helping people and doing well with customer service. It's just obvious that Costco has them understaffed or is structured at this location to not have a receptionist role to ease both parties.

The service at this particular tire center is awful. I asked for a particular tire, but they were unable to confirm that the manufacturer didn't make the tire in the size I needed. They told me TWO different times that they would look into it and call me back, and did not call me back either time. I had to find out on my own. The discounts and service at other Costco Tire Centers has always been good for me. I would advise staying away from this particular one.

If you have a Sprinter, don’t go to Southcenter. They don’t know how to service the tires.I had tires replaced at the Seattle Costco and then brought my vehicle to the Southcenter Costco for rotation. The people at southcenter couldn’t get my lug nuts off so they informed me, 1 hour into the appointment, that they couldn’t rotate the tires. They also filled my tires to the incorrect specs (switched front and back psi), which took another hour for them to fix. I took it back to Seattle and they did it no problem and then informed me that the southcenter location is kinda known for sucking. So true.

Great prices and friendly service. We got 4 tires put on while shopping. With free install they came in cheaper than everyone else.
