My boyfriend and I always come , and shop here at this location. Never once have we felt unwelcome or uncomfortable until yesterday. The cashier Brandon didn’t even greet us, seemed annoyed because my boyfriend and I were discussing on either to return something or keep it. He kept tapping his fingers on the register and we felt rushed. Right after we finish with the exchange, he happily greeted the next customer with MUCH better customer service. Do better please :)!

I have gone to every store up and down South center parkway numerous times in the years many of which no my service dog on a first name basis but when I entered Dicks from the jump I was harassed and discriminated they told me I can. It have my pet in the store I proceeded to say no she is my service animal I need her to warn me of seizures, those two phrases where all that is required to be said under state and federal law not only did the punk cry abu security guard catch attitude and became aggressive he told me I need to provide paperwork. There is no paperwork to provide there is no service animal registry none of which is required by law he then makes a huge scene and some child manager comes and says I need paperwork ultimately I was embarrassed ridiculed called a liar and just know I have already contacted a lawyer and I will be going at this with full speed ahead I advise everyone to not shop here they are disrespectful biased discriminatory and need to be shut down also pardon some language in the video I was beyond disbelief and never in my life treated this way

Please don’t buy shoes from this store, they don’t return even if they are brand new. My shoes had a size issue and requested replacement of a bigger shoe size and they were very rude and even when we showed its just one day old he said he would not return or exchange. Super annoying customer experience. Don’t buy shoes from this store

Bought some nikes online and they sent me a used pair. Contacted customer service and they said to return it to the store and store would not accept it and said to return it online. What a waste of time and employees at Tukwila location were no help at all.

Lmao the other reviews are spot on, horrible customer service. Be careful buying shoes here, I tried to return them 30 minutes after purchase and they made up damage like the tread was peeling off. Went through three employees and all were trying to say the shoes were damaged. They were in perfect condition, pics for proof. They wouldn’t take the return. Took it to another dicks and they refunded in minutes with no fuss. Weird experience. Oh and their customer service rep argued with me about it too. It’s just a pair of shoes yall 😂

Do not go on the weekend if you need help with anything. Like getting shoes or into a fitting room. They are way under staffed.

I don't usually shop here however my daughter and I were in need of shoes so we stopped in. We tried on a couple pair and asked him to bring a few more out then the guy disappears for about 30m, no where to be found. We're like ummm wth. So we waited and waited, finally a different guy comes over and says you need help? Yes, yes I do. I purchased 5 pairs of shoes but the service is the worst. Who does that?
I will never buy shoes there again.

Bought and used soccer shoes for half a game. Shoes hurt my achilles and gave me a huge blister before I took them off and switched to my old pair. Shoes have to be in sellable shape to return (somewhat understandable). The review is mostly towards the shoe brand, but it really is the store that’s carrying these. Do not buy the Lotto Matestro shoes….they are terrible!!!
