I haven’t been to Westfield mall since 2015. My family and I used to go a lot but, over the years the atmosphere at the mall changed drastically… meaning crime, shootings, robberies, so we stopped going there. There was place we used to take our watches to when the batteries needed to be replaced. Fast Fix Jewelry has been there for long time and I love the people there. I’m glad to see they are still there. That was the only reason why I went to the mall. Great service

I was told the chain was real silver The jewelry material is not real it’s mixed bring y’all magnets paid $1000 just to find out it’s not real silver then she wants to talk about me not having enough money basically calling me broke? Why would I get a real piece that cost 30 $40,000 just to get robbed or lose a diamond you niggas won’t even sell legit silver we live and we learn

They're very helpful and and attentive. As soon as I walked in, they told me how long it'd be they took less time than what they told me and they were right on it and they were going to have my my stuff ready and less time than I had expected, I told him I'd. Pick it up tomorrow and everything went smooth and it was a good price, fair price and um. I just had a really good experience with these folks. Highly recommend them thank you.

Won't be going back ever. I went in to clean my ring and they said the prong was lose on my center stone. Quoted me $150 to re do the prongs. Went to another store who said my prongs was fine just a little bent and they bent it back in place. I gave them a second chance and got a ring from them that needed to be sized. They destroyed the ring patterned on the gringer past any point of fixing. They ordered me another one and I got it 2 weeks later. I have worn it for 2 days and it it turning my finger green and a sterling silver ting dosnt do that as sterling is what I have on 95% of the time. I took it back snd told them they got snappy and said your not a jeweler and your dink will turn colors with lotions and chemicals if you don't take your ring off. I told them I am a mom of 3 little kids so I don't use anything but soap and water and even when I give my kids a bath or cook dinner I ALWAYS TAKE MY RINGS OFF! They got huffy and rolled there eyes and said that they can clean it or take it back and that is it. I was calm and not yelling or cussing but the men there today made it seem like I didn't know what I was doing when it came to maintenance on my rings which take care of my jewelry. I won't be returning and I would caution anyone to not go in there unless you want to be called an idiot and have then try and scalp you.

The big stone had fallen out of my engagement ring. Shane company quoted me $800 just to mount the stone back. Fast fix did it for $35 and it was done in 1 hour. I am blown away. So happy! Ring looks great, stone feels very secure and they even cleaned it a little free if charge.
