We have been doing business with this location for several years now. Every employee that we have dealt with has been professional and helpful. They have gone above and beyond several times for us when we had tight timeless. Their manager even personally delivered a print to meet a deadline before a corporate visit.

ricky and hazel practicing set asides. and I wonder why everybody’s getting DOGE dodged. They’re cleaning up the streets around here. They were doing the same especially in the Bay Area right before the most recent selection of the 46/47 administration of governance and I’ll tell you it’s interesting to make the people feel better about what is coming. Merit. Meritocracy. stand in line wait your turn is the opposite of set aside they want to go straight to the front of the line that’s what this place is all about.

Got my package shipped very quickly here! All the employees I interacted with were really nice as well. Debbie especially helped me get my stuff shipped. Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from.

Been having great helpful experiences until just now. Can’t go back because they want 48 hours to print 4-5 simple documents. Lazy and unhelpful or short staffed. Not sure. Will be going elsewhere for $50-$100 simple document printing help and UPS it is for the shipping.

Employee Chris gets 5 stars for being extremely helpful even though it delayed his lunch a bit. Thank you Chris! Overall though I couldn't give the experience 5 stars. I'd specifically asked to have my very small job printed at the counter (where I was ignored by the print staff until another staff member hollered at them) but was instead directed to a self serve machine where I experienced the problems I'd hoped to avoid by having an employee do the printing. Thankfully Chris was helping another customer and when he finished with them he was willing to assist me even though he was going to be a bit late for his lunch. Note that he couldn't do what I needed at the self serve machine either, as I had suspected. The other customer service reps could learn a bit from him.
