Made order online, called to make sure it was on the right paper, they said they would call me back but did not , made the order on the wrong paper, did not want to accommodate my request. No regard for customers … just following policies

I have been using this FedEx location for some time now, and I have to express my disappointment with the level of customer service provided. It's disheartening to note that if there were another FedEx location even closer, I'd readily switch my business there.The main issue stems from the evident lack of attention and courtesy from the staff. Despite the presence of a drop-off table, it often feels like a game of invisibility as employees seem to purposefully ignore customers. On numerous occasions, I've stood at the counter for what feels like an eternity, waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence, let alone offer assistance.What's more frustrating is the apparent apathy displayed by the employees towards customers dropping off packages. It's as if they're puzzled or annoyed by the very notion of customers using FedEx. Their dismissive attitude is evident in their suggestion to use the drop box in front, conveniently overlooking the fact that some packages simply don't fit.The lack of professionalism and basic customer service etiquette is truly disappointing. Each visit to this FedEx location is met with a sense of dread due to the anticipated poor experience. It's wild that a company as reputable as FedEx would tolerate such subpar service at one of its locations.In conclusion, the customer service at this FedEx location is simply unacceptable. The staff's indifference and unwillingness to assist customers make for an incredibly frustrating experience.

Sunday afternoon- sign on the door that says “closed until 4:15 for lunch”. The time was 3:20. So closing for an hour in the middle of the afternoon when everyone is out running errands. Makes perfect sense. Ridiculous. Shows how much they care about the customer.

Google has the Tukwila location closing at 6pm on Sunday. I realize I was pushing the time showing up at 5:45 but they should be open until the time listed or else update their listing.

1/27/24 - Debbie (old lady with gray hair) was so RUDE with her personal comments and had the nerve to say, "Who's problem is that" multiple times. She was completely unprofessional.She probably thought I was going to put up with her rudeness, but after I stood up for myself and called her out saying, "What you said was not nice and so I had to change my tone" - she quickly changed her tone also.I don't play and I return whatever attitude you give me back to you. So it is no wonder this particular store has such low ratings. I made a mistake of doing business here and will never again!

I am sorry to say this but the customer service at this location is terrible - at least in my experience and judging from other people'sratings. I've been asking for help for over 40 minutes and I was the only one there. And when they finally decided to help me it felt as though I was bothering them. I was asked to come back next day only to find out they don't know why my order is not ready and told me to wait another thirty+ minutes or cancel the order. It felt like they're much happier to get the order canceled and lose a customer than to simply help me in exchange for money, what they were hire for.

I can not recommend this place to hold your FedEx packages. The young lady at the counter said she will not release my package because I do not have an id with the address on the package. I've sent 3 packages here to hold for pickup in past from the same shipper, all were released to me without a matching address on my ID, program is the packages were being shipped to a work address and I wanted the security of being held at a location. How am I suppose to have an ID with matching address at my work when I don't live there.The lady wasn't having it so I asked for the manager. Initially he didn't want to release the package either but I told him to resend it to the original address because no way is that package going to be sent back international when I need it that week. He then said he'll make the one exception and I told him he already made 3 before that without even mentioning it. He didn't have anything to say. It seems like the service here is ran without having the sense of what the customers needs. Maybe this location has had its fair share of bad apples coming through but whatever the reason for being so tight and inconsistent with their packages, it's not good for the customer. 2 stars, and not one because at least I got my package and I'll never be holding packages there again.

I never write reviews but this place is truly the worst. A staff member was blatantly ignoring customers and multiple staff members were untrained on how to process certain returns.One star is only for the decent human being that I tracked down that knew how to do her job.

The employee named Deborah is completely unprofessional and I thought it would be an isolated problem but her manager Jon is also an unprofessional and confrontational j**** When I explained how rude Deborah was, he began looking at me as if I were speaking another language. He's continued with being condescending and in the retrospect, was seemed to be the foundation of the rude and unprofessional culture exhibited by most employees and the other ratings this store received.The other employee named Debbie was amazingly helpful...the complete opposite of the 2 jerks before.

Great place to get a few pages printed quickly. You email your docs to them, you get a code in email, then you walk in and print them the way you want. Better than having your own printer and ink and everything if you only rarely print something.

Just wanna say thanks to Charmaine. I came in today to return a couple items and had messed up the labeling. She got me fixed up. While I waited I notice something. This employee is a firecracker. So much hustle. So much focus on the task at hand. Efficient, helpful, sharp….. I could only be so lucky to have an employees like Maine.Fedex is lucky to have you.
