I had the pleasure to work with George and Alondra tosay on my visit to floor and Decor here in tukwila, I was able to get every questioned answered that I had. These 2 really know their stuff! If your a contractor they will get you set up at the pro desk so drop by, make an account asap! There is so much i was missing out on that I didn't know until george explained the rewards program. I highly reccomend this team and will buy all my tile from these guys for as long as I'm in business. Thanks George and Alondra!

The products are great but the service for the pro desk to pick your order is the slowest I've ever seen. There needs to be some training on employees on what customer service is and not what an hrly work pace is. I ended up picking my material in less than 10 min. as when I heard an employee say that there is a 2 hr wait for picking orders. I was only 3rd in line. Seems to be more talking between employees than working at this location as well.

The worst store I've ever been to! Half the shelves are empty, and the wait times are painfully long. The staff is incredibly slow.

Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful! Jessy and Julissa (the designers) were fantastic in their skills in helping me pick out the flooring and even helped me with loading it in the car. Thank you to everyone in the Tukwila shop!

This Floor and Decor is so poorly run. I ordered something online that was listed as having 60 boxes in stock. 4 days later, I went to pick it up and the couldn't find any. Waited an hour for them to search the store and they still couldn't find any. I had to cancel the order and get a refund (I had already paid online). I'll just get it at Home Depot instead.

I had a great experience with this store! I was able to easily return unused materials, and when I discovered two packs of damaged tiles, they exchanged them at no extra charge. Excellent customer service and hassle-free process—highly recommend!

This is my second time shopping here and everything I have to say about my experience here is positive. I came in on Tuesday and it was fairly busy around the evening time. Even though there was one cashier who seemed like she was multitasking with checking people out and other things she still offered to help me with a few questions I had about their generous selections of mosaics. Her name read Wiem on her name tag I believe. Not only that but I saw the employees helping a couple that had gotten their car hit by another customer (I think?) by asking multiple times if the owner of said car could come to the front on the intercom, as well as multiple employees walking around and asking customers if that was their car so they could help them exchange information. This store and its employees truly care for their customers and treat them like family. I had two clearly hardworking young men help me lift my tile up to my car, junior (I believe?) and adrian. If you are looking to remodel your house and have people give you GOOD and GENUINE advice without trying to rip you off or sell you useless crap, this place is the way to go!! At least take a peak here! I wasn’t even going to go through with my remodeling plan but after seeing their selection I couldn’t help but to piece the final look myself with the help of my own personal designer. You won’t regret it ? ?

I like the inventory at F&D but as a busy residential rental company I can't work with their return policy. Today I had a long list of purchases and tile to return. Per their written policy, store credit after the return window is at managers discretion, which I expected they would approve since it's unopened and they're still selling it at the same price. The manager approved the credit but the system denied it because I'd previously made a return affter the return window closed. This seesm goofy and punative to me - you're allowed one 'late' return and I unknowingly wasted it returning leftovers from a project, I guess. They tell me I can contest it (whatever that means) or they give me credit for half the amount. Or I'll just take my business to stores with a more flexible and transparent return policy.

Be aware of their tile return policy. Although you are allowed to buy tiles piece by piece from their store, you are not allowed to return piece by piece (it has to be a full box to return), which sounds no-sense to me.

I had a great experience there today! I was greeted upon entry, asked if I needed assistance shortly thereafter. I bought quite a few boxes of heavy tile that I wasn’t going to be able to put in my car by myself. Instead of waiting for someone else to come help, Jamie and Taya(?) said we can do it and loaded the whole car for me. They also explained the return policy for any broken tiles I may encounter. GREAT customer service?

I had a terrible experience with a design change on the Sherwood Maple LVP floor. I ordered over 100 boxes, and some of the boxes they sent me were designed differently. Same box, different design. No way to know. I have floor discontinuities due to this uneven order.
Bottom line I either need them to fulfill the order in full with the correct floor, or cover material and labor for the newer design. I just wrote a letter to customer escalations and hope they own up to this error.
