Highly recommend. Arrived as scheduled. Job was done thoroughly and professionally. Technician tested the system before leaving, to make sure everything was working well. He was friendly and informative.

Driver road raged at me when I had the right of way, made in appropriate gestures. Never will do business with them. Looks like I’m also not the only person who’s encountered a road rage incident with this company.

The workers never show up when they're supposed to, they're extremely rude or rushed when they are here. Their office worker Lisa Rasmussen ignores requests for service, does not contact individuals who would be on site, and frequently schedules work on days when sites are closed. Their workers are unprofessional and even passive aggressive at times. They will show up and leave within 10 minutes if no one is on site, without calling beforehand or even calling to let us know when they are here. As a company, we have attempted to change vendors and been turned down because the company 'didn't want to step on Froula's toes'. An extremely shady business practice indicating a competitive monopoly in their field. A wonderful way to price hike. We received a quote for a service that neared $4000. The same service from someone else was quoted at $600. There are more cost effective and professional avenues for your Fire Alarm Systems.

Greatest customer service I’ve even dealt with. They do everything very professional and amazing and great prices. I had an alarm panel installed at my business and they did an amazing job the best part about it the alarm started acting up a month later, called up their amazing customer service and I had a technician at my business in no less then an hour and I got it fixed within 2 hours PLUS they refunded me all my 20k for the jobs that they did and now I get 300$ off every monthly payment. Also they are the most reliable people I’ve ever did business with. I had a break in happening last month and I had the cops at my business location within 2 minutes along with the technician. You can really rely on them with your life the best alarm company in half of the USA

We have been with Froula for over eight years now, and would recommend them to anyone. Much of our neighborhood has gone with Froula as well. From installation through the occasional maintenance and changes, they have always been responsive and professional. They are a rarity in that they are a local, familly-owned operation which makes it much easier to reach out to them for any issues or concerns. We recently had a strange anomaly (not directly related to the Froula equipment) that was causing our system to shut down, and we really appreciated all the effort that the Froula team put in to troubleshoot and correct the problem. They listen and respond to their customers. We look forward to continuing to rely upon them!

Very professional and respectful crew. Came in, had a plan, asked important questions to ensure we were satisfied with placement of system/equipment. They were very helpful in the initial setup of the system in our home and on our phone apps. Highly recommended.

I had a 10 a.m. appointment with Froula to update 6 extinguishers. I ran late and when returned to my office I discovered the Tech had been there and had updated the extinguishers in need!! Lisa, who has been my P.O.C. is always professional and courteous everytime making it a pleasure to work with Froula!!

I just helped my parents upgrade their alarm system with Froula, who installed the original decades ago when they first bought the house. We wanted security cameras, motion detectors, heat sensors, and exterior door/window sensors. I feel great about it! My expectations were surpassed every step of the way. They were incredibly kind and professional while we all juggled uncertain Covid schedules. The technicians just came this week, and were absurdly professional and capable. They knew every last random detail about houses like ours, did impeccable handiwork, and were fabulous communicators. On top of that, they wore masks every second they were inside the house without even mentioning it. Their after hours emergency house calls *are* expensive (which they very clearly explained!) I imagine some of the negative reviews here didn't realize that. Really great guys all round, and I recommend them highly.

I hired Froula to upgrade my VERY old video system for my small apartment building in Seattle. Was a terrific experience- a number of the cameras needed to be moved to get better angles and we added a few cameras. Plus they added wire a few places in case in the future we wanted to add another camera- which will save money if we add cameras and cost nothing. The system was set up and they showed me how to access remotely and from my computer. Very good experience and the install team took time to make sure they cameras were all angled they way I wanted.

I am writing to express my deep gratitude to Froula Alarms, and to Jaspyr in particular, for responding last week to an off-hours call from me. It may not seem like an emergency to the average person, but it was for me because I was concerned that I could not get my alarm to set as I was leaving in the evening, and my shop is full of expensive Christmas merchandise at the moment. I called Froula, and Jaspyr was the technician on call. He was extremely polite and helpful, guiding me through checking various pieces of equipment in the shop and saving me the money a tech visit would have cost me. We figured out together, while he stayed extremely calm, that a battery was burned out. I went to to a grocery store to buy a new one, even calling him from that store to make sure I was buying the right battery. Then I called him from a ladder in my shop, and he explained exactly how to replace the battery and reset the alarm. I am SO GRATEFUL for this assistance, and for Jaspyr's calm and reassuring manner. Shopkeepers live in terror that we will be burglarized, and a properly set alarm, maintained by a company that cares, staffed by experienced and kind technicians, is essential to running a bricks and mortar shop. Jaspyr understands all that, and I am very appreciative of his assistance, which took about two hours from start to finish. He stayed with me, answered his phone about four times, and answered all my questions! He's a keeper, Froula!
