Replaced the battery on my iPhone the same day within an hour, and the total bill was less than I expected. Great customer service and a stand up guy. Would definitely recommend.

Had to take my PlayStation 5 apart 3 times!!!and the second time he rushed me out the door and my ps5 was missing bolts and rattling as I walked out the door and then he had to re open it again and check his work in front of me while dropping bolts out of there holes when he was shaking my ps5 checking the noise all while using a impact gun to strip bolts out right in front of me .. all because he rushed my HDMI replacement, mind you he told me he was gonna look over everything and the traces the port connects to the first time he took my ps5 apart! got my ps5 home and the same thing was happening. I took it then for the second time he claimed my board was slightly bent and my trace was lose connecting to my hdmi port after he worked on it. Also said he was gonna give me a partial refund and never did.
Extremely disappointed I drove here 3 times and left unsatisfied and feeling as if my ps5 will fall apart and robbed for my 165 dollars I do not recommend. I will remove this review if I get my refund.

The owner was incredibly helpful and communicative during the repair process. I had a screen repair done on my New 3DS XL and had some bumps in the road with getting the right screen delivered, but I don’t blame him at all for the faults of the suppliers. The owner was very transparent about whenever there was a problem and always updated me on when the screen came in or was ordered. I had a very positive experience, I will definitely go to him again if I ever need another repair done. Thank you Mike :)

My Samsung s10e got wet and the screen went black. I was so sad that I hadn't backed up my photos and all those memories might be lost. I called Gadget Fix and Mike was so exceptional and kind helping me find a solution. I brought my phone in a few days later and right there on the spot he examined it and gave me the information I needed to determine if I should spend the money for a repair. I opted to get a new screen. In less than 1.5 business days he had my phone ready to go, good as new. Highly recommend Gadget fix for any of your electronics needs. Mike is super personable and genuine and I'll definitely be back!

Do not trust this store with your devices. I gave Gadget Fix my phone to see if they could fix it, but after three weeks of not having my phone calls returned I went in and demanded it back. Mike gave me parts from others customers phones when trying to reassemble mine and didn't know which parts went to which phone. They never returned my memory card with all my photos and videos or my SIM card. Also the business gets robbed frequently, so if they don't steal your device somebody else might

Mike, for one is truly an awesome guy on a business & personal level. Very nice, professional, & down to Earth as you walk in. He has a lot of knowledge in various technical devices & computers in just about everything from game consoles, laptops, PC's, iPods, etc. In fact early this year he fixed the headphone jack in my iPod classic I had. Although older, he was able to find the parts needed to fix & replace what had broke previously. He also was nice enough to not only replace my battery but seriously hook me up with a portable hard drive to extract the music from my iPod that wasn't showing up on my computer for whatever reason. I really thanked him for that, cause most of those songs are rare & hard to find. All of this was done in a timely manner, in it all taking about a week in total & costed me just under 200 but was well worth it! Mike kept me updated on the progress of my device's repair & about when it would be finished. I would definitely go back to him again for future service knowing he does great work & is consistent in customer care & service! Gadget Fix in Tukwila is the place to repair & renew your electronics you enjoy using!

Amazing service. I originally sent my hard drive to drive savers and they quoted $2200 for a hard drive data recovery. The price a bit higher than what I could afford. A friend that works at the local Apple store referred me to Gadgetfix in Tukwila. They were able to recover the data within 3 days for $250. Mike also provided advice on how prevent the same situation from occurring again. Solid state drives do have longer warranties but they don’t cover data loss. Thank you Gadgetfix!

Every issue with my phone was explained in detail and the repair was fast and fairly priced. Absolutely recommend Gadet Fix if you need a quick fix on something like a cracked phone screen!
