Greg was kind, professional, and so accommodating. He really took the time to listen and made sure I was happy with everything. Saleen listened, and worked with me to create a cut that made me feel like a million bucks. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel important and valued. She helped me with my hair care plan and guided me towards the right product for my hair which I was able to pick up in your store. She kept conversation lively and fun. I will be coming back to see her for my next cut and recommending Gene Juarez to my friends because of her outstanding service.

Tried calling four times here somebody breathe pick up take a breath and hang up. If they can’t even answer the phone properly I’m not sure that I would trust getting your haircut with them.

I have been here 3 times since they moved to the new location. Each visit there was no one at the reception desk. It’s very frustrating because having to wait 5-10 min until they find someone who can use the computer and check me in makes me late for my appointment. Please hire someone!!!

I was a hair model for a women who was wanting to attend the externship. While I was waiting 3 clients had had issues; one left without rescheduling. I was told by a " teacher" who was leading the interview that the hairstyle/color was not for someone my age-I was too old. It only got worse from there. The applicant was treated very unprofessionally and oddly, She was asked to completely change her plan and technique and clearly was not treated equally to another applicant. The program sounds wonderful on the website description but it did not look like a supportive or functioning teaching environment.
Inspite of all the negatively the applicant gave me a fabulous color and style. I have received multiple compliments since.
An addendum to my original review:
Good teachers are valuable, they can change us for the better; helping the student to achieve a dream. Bad teachers can also change the lives of the student and destroy their dreams. Sadly, it is the latter that was instilled in the student.
