Been coming here for my hair and nails for years .Jordan is great with hair, and everyone in the nail department is so nice. Service and quality are both great. Never had a problem.

When my stylist, Jocelyn, moved from Bellevue GJ to Southcenter, I never considered finding someone closer to my Kirkland home - the 20 mile drive was totally worth it! Beautiful salon, friendly receptionist and a stylist who listens and makes me both smile and beautiful every time!

I spent $400 to get my hair cut and colored here. That’s a lot of money to me. Had to come back because the hairdresser couldn’t make my hair look flattering for the insane amount of money she charged. Even after that I was not impressed. Served as an expensive life lesson: Gene Juarez is a garbage and unreliable business. My only positive experience with them was at their Seattle location a decade ago. All they do here is upcharge and gaslight.

I spent $400 on full balayage and my hair looks so bad now. I called them no body called me back to do a redo. I would never go to this place ever. Please choose any other salon but never this. Waste of my money

They always busy when I go in there to book appointments and I call them too. They busy when you try book appointments over the phone. You get turned away because they see you as peasants who can't book appropriately or afford their services. Plus they are rip off when they said you need a credit card to pay for services. I highly recommend not coming here. Just go inspa. Inspa more friendlier and affordable and they accept cash to pay for services. They always free when you want book appointments.

Tori C. Is my colorist and she does phenomenal job! Great for redheads ?? she does all over hair, highlights, balayages, and at the end she does a blowout with hairstyling like curls! Booking is all online through their use friendly app. The front desk customer service is always 5 stars. I love coming here! Punctual, clean, and lots of free parking. Their app is also modern and makes booking with certain stylists within your budget as it lists the pricing.Services: Hair coloring

Pachia, my colorist is excellent. I don't mind crossing the city to have my hair done by her. And the receptionists are super nice. I definitely recommend them

Fully committed for the day when I called so early…my foot!! An expensive salon in Tukwila can’t be fully committed I don’t see people with hundreds of dollars ready to get hair cuts in one day.

I have been going to Gene Juarez for over 20+ years. This is the third time that I have made an appointment FULLY explained what I wanted or needed and the THIRD time they have turned us away saying they don't have enough time. My daughter and went to have mother and daughter cuts! I FULLY explain she had ONE extension to take out, takes 10 min to remove, the said she couldn't get her hair cut. They cut my hair "pre cut" and washed and then I found out. So I gave my daughter my appointment after they pre cut my hair and just straightened the cut out. I am very disappointed in the downhill customer service of this salon. Each time I walk in, I am paying $350-600 each time. They don't even ask if you want water or tea anymore. They have become no different than a hair masters. We won't ever be back and I will share my experience with every person I can. Don't waste your money.

Growing up, this was THEE salon. It was high class, more of a Nordstrom level of service. Now it feels like a similar experience to any other chain salon. I have curly, medium/fine hair and my stylist literally had no clue what to do with it. She had me brush it out myself. She told me before we even got started that she didn’t have time to style it afterwards. She sent me out with wet hair. The color is fine, but for what hair services cost nowadays, I was hoping for a higher level of professionalism and service. If I had straight hair I bet money she would have taken the time to blow dry and style it. I even put in the notes when I booked my appointment that I have curly hair. Why do stylists work in professional salons and charge market prices who can’t figure out different hair textures?

For Christmas this year, my husband's gift to me was carte blanche to pamper myself in any way I wanted. First up was a haircut. I had been interested in calligraphy cuts, which were reported to be great for fine hair (like mine). I booked an appointment with Jennifer, whose bio said she did calligraphy. I told her I just wanted to accentuate the gray hair which had invaded my head, and that I trusted her expertise and to have fun - and she absolutely nailed it! My hair actually looks like it has highlights now! And my husband loves it. Thank you Jennifer!

Nice place too expensive I pay $117 my hair cut I thought they are very good because expensive. I should go to sports clip. not good for hair cut they are good only to blower but hair cut not good I waste my money for $117. The beauticians are very nice but I don't care if they are nice or not I care if they are good. I don't recommend this for hair cut.
