They don't take donations up to a certain time and dont post it anywhere. You'll come all the way to Tukwila for nothing. Update your donations hours then!

They don't take a lot of items. Had baby bouncer, baby high chair, sports equipment, and baby toys. The guy there said "I Don't want any of that." So I left. I Won't bring items back here.

Friendly staff, organized & clean, however like several other thrift organizations has fallen to corporate greed…. High prices & “Would you like to round up?” has resulted in eliminating Goodwill from our weekly thrifting ventures. Sad.

The cashier was incredibly rude. Prices are ridiculous.

Was a nice stop here today. Calmer than the one closer to Seattle on Dearborn. My Son brought me here, found some new gently used clothing and a new Cotopaxi purse brand new for a great deal. Lunch bag too was new with tags. There are a lot of things I wish they carried, but I guess it depends on donations too. I like their pots and pans sections. Dishes n cookware too. Still an awesome stop and great finds!

I love thrift shopping as a person with low income, I love the deals and finding great items new or used but the return policy is ridiculous o have my receipts and only gor a store credit and I'm stuck with a card and not my money that I can use to purchase what I needed somewhere else that they don't have, its a policy they should be announced at the stores and nit in small print. Wish that would change. Will be shopping less there.

This location is my personal favorite so far because it's 99.9% cleaned and organized. There is a donation center in the back of the building.Staff members, in my experience, are approachable and always willing to help a customer. (no matter how silly or rude the shopper is! )...check it out fellow thrifters. I hope y'all have the same experience.

Truly only good if you go early in the morning before it's all picked clean so you really got to get there right when they open otherwise you're wasting your time it just seems like there's a lot of old-timey stuff there that's outdated.

No longer a good store - they got greedy, prices are up by about 3x, selection is drastically reduced and quality is down. Go elsewhere.

Like all Goodwill stores, they can be a little cluttered. This one tried its best. It has some good treasures to find.

Memorial day - very busy as expected. Checkout line had about 10 people. As I waited I watched the cashiers working hard and fast which was is kind of unusual these days in stores. A manager called Michelle was called to front desk for returnes, she came in a hurry and was trying to get the job fast while calling other cashiers and watching the line getting larger. Clearly stressed. As she checked me out I thought an a kind remarks may go long way so I said with a smile: "you are doing a great job! You should take 10 seconds and take a few deep breaths, it is easy to gett stressed when it is busy"...well, did that go wrong or what...very defensively and curt she told me THEY are not stressed, they have no reason to be stressed and she doesn't see why I said that. I tried to pacify ger by saying that I worked in retail and I remember how it felt when the lines were long, sometime felt like I forgot to breath for 30 minutes. Her answer: if you get stressed by that you are in the wrong job! At that point I gave up. I left feeling sad. Michelle, I am really sorry that all you heard was a criticism while ny intention was to make an empathetic and kind comment and acknowledge you as a human being.

Great variety of clothes and the cashiers were so nice and helpful, but the office manager was petty and rude. my friend and i were standing out of the way of people because we were trying to find a mirror so she could see the flannel she tried on and he walked past and gave us a weird look and said "sorry dont mean to interrupt" being petty asf and it was gross.

Pretty well organized and stocked goodwill. Prices are frustratingly high, like most of the thrift stores in the county. Parking can get a little crazy due to the shape of the lot and the way donation line runs. Mondays are a zoo because of the 1.99 tag sale. Can find a lot of great new items on clothing. Been shopping here years. The lines can get very long. All and all it's a good second hand store to check out when you're in the area.
