I have stayed at this hotel more times than I can count (probably 20+ this year alone). The location is perfect for access to the airport and/or the freeway. The rooms are comfortable and clean and just what we need for our business trips. But I just cannot even find the perfect words to say how great the staff is! They always make you feel welcome and happy to see you. And I really like to return and see the same faces (no staff turnover here). Top notch customer service here.

Voor 6 personen maanden van te voren gereserveerd en betaald. Desondanks werd de boeking 36 uur van te voren zonder reden geannuleerd door het hotel. Ook geen alternatief aangeboden gekregen. Ook geen compensatie. Ze laten je gewoon aan je lot over.

Don’t come here unless you want your car broken into… our car and 12 others windows were smashed and robbed. No cameras anywhere… hotel staff provide a courtesy garbage bag and tape. This is your warning!!

Old and not well maintained. One of the worst Hamptons I have stayed at. The staff was great and did what they could so it is in no way their fault the hotel is garbage.

The old woman at the front desk, her name was Denen or something? Needs to choose a new line of work. I show up 12 minutes before check in as a diamond member and she says my rooms not ready, I ask if I can get any other room that is ready and she says it's not possible. So I come back a few minutes later when there's another front desk worker and the other worker switches my room without any hassle while Denen or whatever looks around with a dumb look pretending she didn't know it was possible.

Attending a class being conducted here in the Hampton Inn, and I am very pleased with check-in, front desk team, shuttle service and the cleanliness of the facility and room. It is an excellent value! Lots of plug-ins/power available for my electronics.

In a bad location. Do not stay here. The staff will do nothing to help you or make sure your vehicles are safe overnight. They don't have security cameras. We had over 5000$ of stuff stolen from our vehicle and our back window smashed. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

I had got there on Sunday morning 09/24/2023. The lady upfront said the “systems weren’t working” and that she had to write down my credit card information and she’d run it once it’s up. Which I did not feel comfortable doing. I asked if I can pay in cash because I was in a rush and she said that parking was not able to be paid in Cash. She first said it was going to be $15 a night and it was going to be $105 with tax. That’s when she tried asking for my credit card info again. And this time I told her “I don’t feel comfortable giving you that.” She then proceeded to ask me when my flight was and I told her it was at 6 AM. And it was about to be 4:30, which the shuttle was leaving to the airport. And I told her I need to catch this shuttle. And she didn’t say anything. I was prepared to have a delay in flights or my flight be completely cancelled so I told her “I’ll wait”. Then she suddenly found a way for me to pay cash, I gave her $120 and she only gave me $5 and said it was $115!? And she didn’t even give me the parking pass I had to ask for it before I ran out because the shuttle was waiting for me and I was in a hurry. I felt like she was taking advantage of me being in a rush. - When I got back my Drivers Side window was smashed.

The hotel is okay, but the location is BAD!! Our room faced the freeway, and we could hear everything. I didn't get any sleep while staying here.**UPDATE**FRONT DESK DID CHANGE OUR ROOM, DIDN'T MAKE MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE REGARDING THE NOISE. I only changed my rating from 1 to 3 because the staff is very friendly and polite.

Super close to SeaTac but without airport noise and traffic. Clean rooms. Close to mini golf and shopping while waiting for our flight the next day. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Under no circumstance should you use the park and fly. I stay at this hotel all the time and my recent stay will be my last. Good luck getting the shuttle to pick you up upon your return. If you call, they will keep coming up with excuses and say it will be there in 5 minutes. We waited more than an hour and it never showed. Ended up paying for a Uber. We were waiting with another (unrelated) family who ended up renting a car. This is the second time this has happened to me with this hotel. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time. Never. Again.

This place needs a renovation and new sheets.-Fitted sheet was lose. It was keep coming off of the bed every night.-Bathtub faucet was about to come off when you switch water to shower outlet. You could see the copper pipes easily.-Water pressure was very low in the bathroom.-Front desk forgot to give silver status amenity which is ok. I called them for extra towels and IDK if the person who answered was in a rush, she was not the kind talking type.-You can hear everything happening outside from the room.

Great location, but be careful navigating to and from because you may end up going the wrong way and traffic can be a nightmare.Pool is smaller, but is shaded in the morning. You'll hear the nearby highway.Pillow situation was not great in the room and some towels were stained.Breakfast area a little small in spacing, but had decent offerings.People were kind and they were prompt on handling maintenance issues. Saw free shuttle service to nearby SEA. Take south center Blvd for easy access to Tukwila light rail station.

Hotel shows its age, BUT THE knock out service makes up for it! It all started when we were greeted by the nicest young lady ever wh checked us in. Then we went up to our room and wow was it clean! The next morning breakfast was awesome. The best breakfast we have had from a Hilton chain in a long time. This team at this hotel is a true A-team! You should use this team to train the others. THANK YOU FOR AN AWESOME START TO OUR CRUISENoteworthy details: Very welcoming and very clean the team is awesome
