I will never in my life by hats nor let my husband ever by hats from this shop again. My 18 year old daughter bought her dad a hat to make him smile cause he was in the ICU she showed him it and ask mom said blue I thought you would like black and red. He said yes black and red. So she put it back in the bag they provided and went to return it next day. They smell the hat said sorry this smells like cigarettes well known of us smoke it stayed in her car in bag they provided not even 24 hours later. The hat doesn't smell like a cigarette they are a joke. . I call and they tell me they'd take it back if it had a small stain. The worst customer service. Not a care in the world. I smelt the hat it didn't smell like a cigarette . How would it when it never ever left the bag they provide. They just didn't want to return it seen she was young. They lost are business and I'll make sure to post to for warn other people what this company is like. DONT SHOP AT HAT STOP . They may lie and say your brand new hat they sold you smells like a cigarette. They only get one star because I had to to post this or I'd give them none.

yo en lo pensinal tuve dos problemas con ellos tenemos años comprando cachuchas y una no me la cambiaron c que no traia recibo pero tenian mi tarjeta,y aun asi nola cambiearon .y otra mas historia k no viene al caso !!

Purchased something for my husband unfortunately it wasn't his size went back and the men n lady said they couldn't exchange it or refund my money back it was over 100$ they have the worst customer service for returns or exchange definitely don't recommend this place at all we were good customers to them for a couple years until they decided to do this so they lost us and couple others.

zero stars. bought a mariners hat 4 days ago and never wore it. decided I didn't want a white hat because it would stain easily. came in with a receipt today for an exchange not a return and they refused to exchange. I didn't ask for refund. these jokers were smelling my hat and inspecting it like a diamond and refused to do anything but give me 15 percent off of my next purchase.

This was at the southcenter mall location. I found a cool hat and purchased it for about $50. I later pulled the hat out of the box and noticed a mark on it. I took it back and asked if I could exchange it and the guy said sure. Turns out that was the only size that had left. He didn't offer a refund and suggested I buy a inner band and a larger size to make it fit. Not good customer service if you asked me. I took the defective hat and left.

Service was ok and they had a lot of nice stuff. Some of their items are a bit pricy but it is what it is . I would come back .

I found a hat I've been wanting for a while now. They said it's only available in Southcenter. I asked the manager Jorge if they can ship it over to the Federal Way store. He told me no! I'd have to drive to Southcenter to get it. No apology. Jorge asked me if i knew that all the hats are fake. No, I had no idea. Will never spend a dollar here. I will keep doing my business with Lids whose hats are authentic and priced better.
