Wonderful customer service wonderful Tech very knowledgeable. They hold the systems you need to take care of your washer so you need them. Just like you'd need any other household repair done. They do the big Important stuff that your appliances needs!

We had Anthony service our refrigerator. He is very professional, speaks soft and very clear, excellent technical knowledge. Followed all the covid rules to ensure safety for both of us. Spent about 1 hour to do the service, probably the best person I know ! Thank you HNG for excellent service , totally appreciate it

Vitaliy came to repair our dishwasher. Unfortunately after video consulting it was concluded to be a installation error and not under their warrantee. The wiring had been burnt and wires touching. He was courteous and informative although the was not able to get our dishwasher up and running.
