I had to come back to update my review because I came back the following day(today) to shop for another item, after asking multiple employees where this item was with no full assistance unfortunately. Two hours in, I ran into Jasmine and she looked up the item on the Hobby Lobby website and told me what specific dept it is in. Thank you for taking the time Jasmine.

I went to Hobby Lobby to ask if they could donate purple ribbon to make epilepsy ribbons to hand out in November for Epilepsy Awareness Month. I was denied which is fine. I am upset because I had asked to speak to the manager but he/she couldn't be bothered to come and speak to me. An employee that worked in fabrics got to be the go between. I could tell she was very uncomfortable being placed in that position, and I felt bad for her. For a store that professes to be based on Christian values, I was disappointed, not because they wouldn't donate the ribbon, but that the manager used a junior employee as the go between instead of speaking to me directly, Good public relations means the management needs to interact with the customer. To the management at the Tukwila Hobby Lobby store, respect your junior employees and customers, Be kind enough to speak to the customer directly. Thank you
