Typical Holiday Inn Express with typically high prices during High season for seattle. We like the location here near the Southcenter Mall where they have movies and restaurants galore. Deduct points for not having a hot tub here. Otherwise typical for what you'd find for about $200 a night less at other locations in the USA ,but we're not in other locations we're in Seattle in July.

Desk clerk was efficient and helpful, but congeniality isn't a strength.

Hotel clean.
Breakfast good.
Noisy traffic.
Good blockout blinds.
Coin op laundry is a pita.
Reception lady sent me to hw store for ATM but none there.
Only one lift worked for the whole 8 days it was very slow.

Place needs more laundry access than a single set of machines and no EV chargers made it difficult. Bright spot is clean rooms and close access to shopping/dining.

Looks and feels like a very new property. Rooms are good overall. The breakfast spread was good. They are one of the few hotels in the area which offer free parking and free breakfast.

Would have had 5 stars this time, room had a small issue with blackout curtain that wouldn't retract, but everyone was awesome, and B at the front desk was great

Quick stay. Walked in and got a room easily. Gloria was kind and helpful. She helped us get a room and good deal. One of the cleanest holiday inn expresses I've stayed at.

This hotel is top notch! Great and friendly staff, clean rooms, and they went above and beyond for our large party before our cruise! Angie the manager was awesome! Would definitely highly recommend this hotel!
