My bon Mi was stale. Also the meat was chewy and clearly low

Good food, simple ingredients, Szechuan broth was good... Overall, feels like a sushi train that's been refitted for hot pot. Fun.

We were craving hotpot place and this was the closest location from where we were. Pick a broth between non spicy- to extra spicy, any broth will be charged $8.50 ea. they have 4 plates to choose from where you just grab and throw into you hot pot both. It ranges between $2.50-$5.50 depending on the color. It reminds me of genki sushi where it’s a passing through belt with the items. They have pork, chicken, beef meats, vegs, tofu, and some desserts. It was our first time and we definitely enjoyed. It was a Friday early evening so it wasn’t crazy busy yet. Not bad for 2 of us we spent $68 around there. Parking is available in front the store. Overall you pick, cook, add your spices which are available on the side in front of you.

Omg I love the conveyor belt idea. It was so nice to try a little bit of everything I wanted and even shared some plates with the people I went with! I will for sure be a constant customerKid-friendliness: They have other items besides their soups for kids

It's different getting used to the rotary concept combined with self-made soup, but once you get past that discomfort, it's a great place to eat!

This place is fantastic! The food is great quality and there is a large variety. Beef, chicken, lamb, bacon, tripe, squid, octopus, catfish, tuna, salmon are most of the proteins. They have tofu as well. All the things you could want for sides in your hot pot. And you get to build your own pot with whatever you want in it! The kimchi broth is to die for!!! Love this place and I will for sure be back!

I’ve tried this hot pot place twice and both times were okay. The first rotary hot pot restaurant I have been to. My favorite broth is the Tom Yum broth. The selections of toppings are okay. During slow hours, you can tell the meat has been sitting out for a very long time as the raw meat is warm; which is definitely a health code violation. Leaving raw chicken out for hours with nothing to keep it cold is so dangerous for customers to consume. The raw beef was not cold at all, it was warm. The owners are nice and the restaurant can hold quite a few people. Definitely great for big parties. It is quite pricey though. You would get a better bang for your buck going to an all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant. All in all, I personally wouldn’t choose to go here again as I feel like there are better hot pot places. But, if you are in a rush and are craving hot pot, it wouldn’t be too bad here as you get to grab your own items (basically no need to order anything besides broth).

We spent $75 + tip for two people which wasn’t worth it . The broth was really good , but there weren’t many meat choices. I had beef & shrimp, my bf had catfish & shrimp. The place smelled horrible , reminded me of wet dog or maybe it’s the raw meat but it was an unpleasant smell. Service was okay, we had to flag down the waiter twice , no one refilled our water. I wouldn’t come here again

The food was good, the quality was okay I have had better but I’ve also had worse. The concept is cool and the ability for each person to customize to their liking is fun. We paid what most have said on average about $30 a person and at that price the value didn’t seem to be there. We ate mostly veggies which were all fresh and quite good. The owners were working very hard on what appeared to be a relatively busy Saturday evening and were extremely friendly. I was happy to have had the experience of coming here.

The service is great, but unfortunately the prices are a bit unbalanced. Although a fun way to experience hot pot with the Rotary, the prices lost my interest... My wife and I spent $60 for neither of us to be full. And we mostly ate veggies and noodles to reduce the final prices. Normally this would be okay, but the food and broth is mediocre at best and each plate you pay for only comes with very little. Fun idea, but I'm still hungry.Keep in mind, you serve yourself and if you want any decent meats, prepare to walk out with $100+ less.
