Went to the store a few times over the last month looking for some new shirts and will never go back if Becca is working. She's always rude to women and will blatantly ignore you if you don't take her suggestions. Flirts with men in the store and will act like their partner isn't standing right there. Never looked at me. Not even a "hello" at the start or "have a good day" to me when leaving, but quickly took my money for the purchase while chatting to my partner. If flirting with and touching men is her idea of "customer service", then so much for shopping there.

I came into Hot Topic already knowing what two crop tops I wanted, a pierce the veil crop top and a bring me the horizon one, and I was pretty sure I wouldn’t be able to find them in a size small, because it seems like anytime Hot Topic has something cute, it runs out of size extra small and small pretty quickly. I asked one person to help me if I could find the Pierce the Veil crop top in a size small, it looked like there were no smalls on the hook, but the employee helping me decided to take a look at the shirt on the mannequin, and what do you know, the shirt on the mannequin was a size small! Sadly we couldn’t find the bring me the horizon crop top in a size small. I went into the changing room, tried on the Pierce the Veil shirt, and exited the room thinking I would get only that. And then another employee came up to me and magically found the bring the Horizon shirt in a size small! Because of the help of these two people, I was able to get the shirts that I wanted, in the size that I wanted. I’m very grateful for their help and the fact that they went the extra mile to help me out. Their names on my receipt are Andy and Keke, Andy and Keke, thank you guys so much! You both deserve a raise!

I was with my father and my younger brother, we made sure to get there about 20 minutes early before they closed, at 6:40 we made it to the store and an employee was blocking the door, telling us that they weren't allowing any more people inside, 20 MINUTES EARLY. I was very disappointed and looking forward to purchasing their attire. I just wanted to put this out there because I was very disappointed, she was out there blocking the door 20 minutes before they closed as other people shopped inside the store? Come on, what's worse? Standing outside for 20 minutes before closing shooing people away? Or simply doing your job? I expected better from such a successful store as Hot Topic.

They have a better selection online, the cash register was always full, the dressing rooms were full of clothes and the selections of clothing were all mixed up, the sizes run too small so they don’t have sizes for larger customers. The cashiers were also very slow
