Ethan helped us at the window because the stores lobby was closed and he was great, very social, funny, and friendly. usually gas stations make me uncomfortable but Ethan made it a great experience. if you’re looking into giving people raises, go to Ethan first. me and the person i was with; both thought he was great. 👍 ☺️ thanks Ethan!

Great store but weekend pierced female clerk is lazy as hell. Can have conversations and slug around but can't keep the store kept up properly because she's lazy as hell.

When they are served, be very careful when being served, the employees treat people badly, she is very rude, an employee who has no emotional intelligence, treats customers as if they were trash. I've already talked to the manager, a lovely person, but unfortunately nothing is being done because the employee continues to treat people badly, and this person has no responsibility for the workplace! Between being treated badly I recommend going to the gas station next door, a simple place but customers are treated with dignity and respect

I am a customer of this store and every morning I go to buy my tacos and bread before going to work. I am a manager in a company near this store. Today I went to pay for my tacos and a woman with black skin and little beauty. She treat myself as a thief just for being Mexican. He told me that if I put things in my backpack, I told her to check her cameras and she tells me of course that I will, you are Mexican. The fact that I am Mexican does not mean that I am a thief and that I cannot pay for my food. The truth is that I was very upset. And I'm surprised that they have a woman who discriminates against people because of their nationality as an employee. That's why I give it zero stars. And also she discriminate my friend the another day because he is gay. I tell my friend he should to report her.

I am a regular customer at this food store, and today this morning an ugly black lady. She discriminate me because I am a Latino. I get my tacos and bread and when I come to pay the cashier told me if I hide stuff in my back pack, I told her do you think I am stilling, I have money to pay my stuff, check your cameras and she respond yes I will check you are Mexican. Yes I am a Mexican and that is no reason to discriminate people only because they are Mexican. Is wy I give to the store zero stars and the black lady has zero customer service

I love going to the Tukwila Jacksons Gas station. The staff and managers are so friendly. I mainly went to get gas today but I always loved their handmade pizzas. I politely asked the manager if they had any To-Go Pizzas ready today but she looked at me with with a caring look and said "Would you like us to make you a pizza of choice now because we would be more than happy to help you with that request" I told her if its no trouble, I would love that so much. The atmosphere looked and smelled really clean as I was patiently waiting for the pizza being prepped. With so much appreciation I had I thanked the whole staff. even looking inside it was a beautiful sausage pizza with just the right amount of cheese and topping. It made my afternoon so much coming home for lunch ready to watch a movie and eat this delicious pizza. Thank you all so much. Im so grateful theres caring and outgoing staff like the Tukwila Jacksons to really make a customers day with the little things in life like this! You really are all amazing and I deff would recommend this gas station to anyone
