My engagement ring was bought from here, I'm very happy with it and they do free cleanings and inspections. I gave two stars because on a side note, DO NOT bring your watches here for battery changes. My fiancé is a watch collector and he had a few he hadn't worn in awhile because they needed their battery replaced. We brought the 3 watches into this establishment for the service. Whoever changed the batteries on the watches broke one of them and didn't think it was important to mention upon pick up. When we got home, the clock hands were limp and just swung around as gravity directed. On top of that, the batteries didn't last long at all on any of the watches worked on, less than a year of use before they died again. Very poor and unprofessional work at this location.
Aimee. You shouldn't respond to these trying to rectify the situation having no intention to, as it reflects very poorly on you. You have not reached out to us and never seem to be in store when I've taken the initiative to reach out and call.

We bought my first engagement ring here, and we came back for my 11 year anniversary upgrade! Adriana Martinez was such a fantastic saleswoman. She was knowledgeable and had a very friendly demeanor. She made sure we were happy and she made the sale happen! I love my new ring, thanks Adriana!

Karlie was such a delightful, friendly, and warm person to talk with. Right away she knew exactly what my needs were and even helped to update my information in the process as I had relocated and the previous management never even discussed this. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome, and not that I was an inconvenience, as this has happened with a previous visit. Having the warranty on my engagement ring has been a lifesaver as a much needed service for the style of my jewelry. In two years of being a Jared customer this is the first time I’ve encountered such stellar quality service to match the high end piece I have through them. She absolutely knows that with great customer service and a sunny disposition that I’d look forward to returning and possibly making another large purchase. Instead of the usual dread I feel of having to get in, send my ring off, deal with someone telling me “why bother” because it’s “too much trouble” I never once felt that way with her and actually opted to look at some other pieces while I was waiting which I never was given the opportunity to do before. Hopefully I will be seeing Karlie on my return visits from now on. Jared’s really really really needs more people like Karlie to turn things around for loyal customers coming in for routine maintenance who have been made to feel as though they’re wasting an employee’s time when the fact is sometimes we’d buy more if the environment felt that lovely every time.

Got my necklace chain repaired one week ago, already broken in the same spot. I will now have to drive 5+ hours round trip if i want them to “repair” it again, sales rep told me they could ship me a new chain if i PURCHASED one, but wouldn’t send me a replacement under my warranty.** Edit 3/13I have now called this location FOUR times since the manager replied and have been told he is “out” every single day since. Clearly employees are either covering him, or they just don’t seem to have any management around

I have a complaint. I had a negative experience with Chris at the Tukwila store on Sunday 2/25/24. I came in for my ring inspection. I have always had both my wedding band purchased from Jared and my engagement ring from a different jeweler inspected and serviced (if needed) by Jared in Tukwila. I have been a customer for nearly 14 YEARS. Jared Tukwila is the only place that has serviced my rings. I was told by the first staff they would service my engagement ring for two loose stones for $99. I have had this done several times over the many years I've been a customer. I was waiting for her to process the service order then Chris said they wouldn't be able to do it due to damage on the under carriage. I was shocked. I was very upset about being told this. He didn't seem to care and just said “Sorry”. The damage he was referring to has been from getting my ring serviced at Jared. Jared did the damage. Since I'm not a jeweler, when I noticed dented sections on my under carriage in 2022, I assumed the best, that it was normal to occur when repairing. He said they need to be able to guarantee their work and couldn’t service tightening two diamonds because of the damage in the under carriage (caused by Jared repair services over the years). And like I mentioned, I didn't think much of the dents left on the under carriage because I thought it was normal for the repair, perhaps. Little did I know it would become the reason for refusing service. As I said, it didn't occur to me that the damage was even damage at the time, as I am not a professional jeweler. I noticed the slight denting, but since Jared has always serviced my rings, I trusted the workmanship. I've since had several inspections and I was told, no issues with my ring each time. They would clean it and see me six months later.Even their customer service chat said “Are they looking into providing a resolution? This sounds like something they can work with their design center on quite easily to have done.”There was no effort on a resolution for repair, nothing.The real apology would be making right on the situation.

Aimee is the gal to talk to when you’re looking for an engagement ring! She was thoughtful and made sure I got the one that I was looking for. She walked me through the whole process and I didn’t feel pressured or pushed into something that was just “ok”. I’d recommend her any day for my future purchases! Thanks again!

Great experience at the Tukwila location. We were greeted with smiles by all the staff. Our questions were answered fully and neither my fiancee nor I felt pressured in anyway. Walked out with exactly what I wanted.

Not the best customer service was put off by this place. Tried to go in to get a guard and gal was not very helpful asked about a basic gold ring seemed like she was more interested in getting us out the store. Like we were street kitties.
