All the banker had to do was look at the notes on my account and everything could have been fixed. Instead, she tried to explain how my account could be negative $2000 and do the math to me 3 times when I knew (and said) the whole time "yes i know my account isn't that negative, its due to a hold". Rather than listen to that she said no look, and continued to do math that did not equal 2000. Now, i have to go back (a different branch of course) before work and talk to someone else and wait another day for my accounts to be back to normal after fraud. Not to mention the bills and payments that could have been paid on time today but now, are past due. Closing my accounts as soon as this is resolved.

Just moved down the street and these folks are really down to earth, helpful and kind everytime I go in there. The management is always very nice to me and even know me by name. Right next to light rail station and Hwy 99. I would definitely recommend.

KeyBank at 3434 Seattle 152nd St Tukwila is awesome this bank has been there forever a very long time the staff have alway's been very nice here , it's very easy to find this place and there's plenty of parking place's to park your car at . It's a sweet place to bank at with your family and friend's . #love

When I opened my account at this branch, the banker who helped me was very courteous and polite. That was however over a year ago, and as I said I was opening an account. Subsequently every banker at this branch I've spoken with, up to and including the branch manager, has been remarkably unhelpful and uninterested. It is quite perplexing to see someone representing a bank, not a customer service representative over the phone, but an actual banker, having forgotten that such bank's existence and success depends upon its customers. It is also unsettling to be answered with indifference and unprofessionalism regarding concerns you have about your personal bank account.

I can't say enough about Riverton Heights Key Bank Branch in Tukwila. How during very trying problems with my account, their professionalism and constant help in trying to recover and correct fraudulent activity, they never gave up and always answered any questions I had with caring and emotional sensitivity. Although everyone at that branch has ALWAYS treated us respectfully, I would like to single out two employees as above and beyond service Robin and Sok. 5+ Stars - Everyone at Washington Cars

Robyn, an assistant manager at this location was so very kind, patient and extremely helpful and is the only person who actually acknowledged me. Unfortunately, this is not my branch, but I had to resort to call them because my branch in Shelton Washington refused to even acknowledge me, let alone return my calls. I almost felt like I was In the twilight zone with how I was treated at the Shelton branch. Robin, who is nowhere near me, was the only one who heard me out and made every effort to help me. She was able to forward me to the right person who could help me and basically saved my butt. This woman deserves a metal or at least a raise or some type of recognition for how she handled this situation and how she went above and beyond to help me. God bless you Robyn :)

I would suggest using another KeyBank location if you can. The staff is very uncooperative. I am not surprised at what I read in the other reviews. There is certainly an attitude that their customer base is low income and suspect.
