I had no idea they had a big & tall sections. The prices were great with lots of items on sale. I got their rewards and credit card. The checkout person was extremely knowledgeable have worked over ten years. It was a great experience.

So today I had (4) heavy TV stand boxes for return to Amazon. I went into the store & was was greeted by a nice cashier, her name is Sydelle. I asked her for a shopping cart & she said nicely that they wouldn't go out into the parking lot. So she offered me to pull up to the front of the store and she would bring it out. So I did just that and she helped take them out of my Jeep and said she would bring the cart back to the Amazon return area. Wow! Terrific customer service! Sydelle was going way beyond customer service, she deserves a pat on the back! Tim Zetterwall

I wanted to help my mom who is disabled to get her wardrobe freshened up and we decided to use Kohl's because we know they have pretty affordable prices and a wide selection of things that will fit her and make her feel good. The shopping experience was nice the store was very tidy and we were greeted by several Associates who helped us when we needed it. The checkout process was a little clunky but overall not too bad on the wait time. Our associate, who I can't remember her name, was very fun and friendly. She had a great attitude and when I started singing a song she jokingly said that she'd give me the mic and let me sing. She was a lot of fun and made the check out process great. My only complaint is that she did miss one of the tags and I had to bring back one of the items in order to get that security tag removed.

This store had good quality bargains. I wore my new straw hat to the store down the walk and a patron there left to go to Kohls to get the bargain I received on my hat!
