Wanted to shout out the amazing Ms. Cynthia as the light of my day! Walked into LB today with zero confidence that I would find something for an up coming interview. When asked was there a certain event that brought me in I did my normal “ no, I’m ok just looking” that I always do because I usually want to be left alone to find the some plain old things I always pick 🤦🏽♀️ well not today! Ms. Cynthia swooped in and asked me all the right questions to get me to open up and with in minutes I was in a dressing room. I was trying on clothing I would have never picked out for myself! She is absolutely incredible at her job, she truly was a blessing in my life and the exact person I needed to meet today!! I left so happy with everything I didn’t know I needed and more!! Thank you so much Ms.Cynthia and rest of staff at the South Center Lane Bryant!

My visit today was brief but great! I stopped by on a whim — I only had 15 minutes to replace my old work pants. The attendant was very polite and wasted no time.
I'm a tall lady, but not very big (6' and size 10/12), so there weren't many options. Still, we found just the right pair of long black leggings on the clearance rack up front.
I quickly tried them on and they fit great. Plus, they were 40% off (~$35)!
The fabric quality and fit is much better than my old leggings from some random Amazon supplier.
The whole visit took less than 10 minutes. It couldn't have gone any smoother!
I'll definitely be coming here again, hopefully with more time to browse through their selection.

The southcenter store is amazing. The manager and her crew have always been super helpful and friendly. If it's not im the store, they can order it for me. Lately lots of great sales too!

Didn't like was rude to my daughter n granddaughter when they went in shopping n they wanted get sized for bra ,n they were rude n said got make app for that unfriendly workers .

I called to see what size bras they carry. My daughter wears a larger size than double D and we've been going to the pencil test. Now that she started high school they're saying that she gets a school discount but only if she pays for it the bra out of her working money. That me as her mother I cannot pay for her bra and her still get a discount for being a student. When she was in Middle School they used her student ID and gave her a discount. The discount was so small though this may be 10% off the original price. Since my daughter is not old enough to work anywhere and pencil test didn't give me any references to any other store. I called Lane Bryant and they were having a sale going on until Sunday last week. They were extremely helpful. We just said what size she was and what bra she preferred. The girl working there was so amazing she went and grabbed about five bras that were exactly what we asked for that were on sale! It only took her 3 minutes what to do that! Usually we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes while they're selecting bras at the pencil test and they only bring three in that duration of time. My daughter tried them on and found the one that she loved the most. I only paid $35 for the bra that was on sale at Lane Bryant. Versus the $130 per bra at the pencil test. I could have bought her three bras for the same price that's what they were wanting at the pencil test. Hopefully this is helpful information to know that you do have other places to get bras that are affordable and a larger size then Double D. At Lane Bryant they carry sizes 36 a round and wider ones. The cup size it goes up to K I believe that's what she said. Or Google search bras bigger than double d's for more options.

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping here. Colline (I am sorry if I got the spelling wrong) had patiently helped me figure what suits mine best. It was one exhausting trial session but a very very fulfilling one at the end. You can just expect them to be there for you throughout your shopping. A rare pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service. This South Center store is fully stocked, I wouldn't waste my time with the other locations. It's worth the drive!

It’s really frustrating to walk into a store and have someone walk towards you and just linger, not actually speak or offer any help and have an attitude.I walked in with two old bras after hearing from someone else that if the underwire comes out you can bring them back for some kind of discount towards new ones. Apparently that wasn’t true, okay fine. But I still came in with two bras that I can no longer wear and the woman that walked towards me didn’t mention the 30% discount that was going on or offer to help me find new ones.And of course there aren’t any other Lane Bryant stores in the cities, so I’m stuck going back to that store if I want to get measured properly and buy more. Yay me…

Fabulous and helpful staff. They treated me like a VIP! Everyone smiled, asked you if you needed assistance, and provided feedback when you asked for it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This was a very good trip and we had a great experience. The gal helped us immensely. I wish I'd remembered to ask for her name. She helped my wife find the sizes she needed and was able to suggest a few other options that worked out great! Definitely will be coming back to this one
