Suggestion to be more mindful of client request: If customer comes in early and needs more time to sit quietly and choose from your many selections-there is a reason -please RESPECT THAT REQUEST- and do not overwelm them and rush them to pick- please let client take their time so they can be sure-difficult to go through samples with foil wrapped nails- felt pressured to select- The person that did my manicure was very good but was the third person I was handed off to.

It was my first time in this place! I was looking for a good place for nails and here it was pretty good! Agent an appointment the day before. When I arrived, they were very kind and nice to me! It was certainly an excellent job.

Want to have a beer while you get your nails done? I had a mani /pedi and she had a gel/pedi. The guy was maybe new and squared her nails instead of making them uniformly round. I appreciate that it was clean.

I went there early morning for first time I had no issues but on my 3rd visit I realized they strive on their old clientele, new comers don't stand a chance. The customer service has been worst and worst over time. And no sis it wasn't "30 minutes" it was 45 minutes feet soaked in water and soap with no acknowledgement from the staff at all. No apology, nothing. Atleast come back and let me know it may be another 5/10 minutes, something atleast!! They didn't even realize they left me sitting in the chair with my 5 year old. I felt unwelcomed and embarrassed especially when you go with your kid. Just sad experience.Services: Acrylic nails

The experience today was not the most welcoming vibe. On arrival we were instructed to wash our hands and pointed to 2 pedicure stations that were ready. (I'm not sure we even got a "hello" from the host) OK, no problem. My friends foot bath water was scalding, mine was luke warm, it was like no one checked. The tech that gave my friend a pedicure actually scraped skin off the side of her big toe with the cheese grater thing they use. It bled. It was an accident and she was apologized to and given and bandaid and ointment. Other than that the pedicures were fine, the tech's were polite and nice. We should have asked for a discount, but they should have offered one too. I probably won't be back, which is a shame because it's very clean and convenient, prices are "OK". Oh well.Service: Pedicure

Place was nice looking but the guy who did my pedicure grated the hell out of my heel. Barely able to comfortably walk again.

I got my eyebrows, nails removed and a pedicure. Overall it was a great experience but what made it even more better was having Michelle as my specialist today she made it such a welcoming and warm environment I was not in the best mood and I think she could sense that and made really nice small talk and conversation which made my day. It's a very busy place but they are efficient and get the job done. 10/10 I do.Services: Manicure

All the staff were sweet and down to earth. It was nice to chat with the nail tech during the service, who explained the process for me as it is my first time getting dip nails. I love them! I asked for the most natural look possible and it really turned out like my nails but better. The salon has a relaxed vibe and nostalgic vibe (soap opera playing in the background, altar incense scent in the air) but still of course professional with the licenses displayed and friendly service. My girl and I both got dip manicures- she also got a pedicure at the same time and was very happy with the results. Added bonus for being next to a Starbucks. My standard dip manicure was 50$ which seems on par with most salons these days. Would definitely come again- I recommend an appointment if you come later in the day or a weekend.

I honestly was not going to post a review and just never go back but......My cuticle is actually bruised after going here. This was the worst experience getting my nails done ever and they look horrible. The tech was very ruff with my hands and did not know what she was doing. I tried explaining what I wanted and it was like an argument and other ppl joined in. I will say the pedicure was mediocre, but the young lady who did it was about the only thing that made it some what ok. It was also more expensive then any shop I have been to, which is why I guess they don't have a list of prices. It was like they just made up the price.Services: Acrylic nails

Went in to get manicures with my sister. The young woman that assisted me yelled after i asked her to speak up, since I couldn't hear her. My sister also noticed that she was very aggressive/ rude when flicking my hands, back and fro. After she removed the dip I asked her to stop and waited for my sister. They still charged me $15. However the shy young lady assisting my sister was much kinder and did a very great job. But I wouldn't return again.

Friendly but for just getting a pedicure alone, I was charged $40 :-/ most places I go are $20-25. I didn't even get my nails painted or anything. I'm not picky at all but I think the service was ok. I was trying to support the local business but I wont come back cause it's too expensive. Tbh I feel like I got taken advantage of with the pricing cause I mentioned it was my first time there. If I'm wrong and that's how much a simple pedicure is worth $40, then I highly recommend going somewhere for better service for that price.

I really wanted to like this place, I was referred here by a couple of my friends and the first experience there was wonderful which is why I decided to come back.I decided not to include names of who helped me but when they see this they’ll probably know who I’m talking about.Second experience was ok, I have no complaints for the women who did my pedicures. The nail tech who did my nails the second time did a great job with the design but was rude, sarcastic, and rushed me out my seat.I decided to try another nail tech the 3rd time, she was sweet at first. Although she took breaks in between to get coffee from Starbucks next door, I didn’t have a problem with it as long as she did the job and did it right. But she ended up rushing me, tried to slide with not matching the right colors, and the design was mediocre.4th and final time I made sure to call and specifically say that I wanted a pedicure, a manicure with dip, and design, I also tried to get an appointment with Stacy but she was booked so I went with the nail tech from my 3rd visit. I arrived early to my appointment. The woman who was doing my pedicure started the water and asked me to have a seat, while I was making my way over, The nail tech who was doing my manicure rudely told me to sit at another seat, I figured she wasn’t talking to me because I was already shown my seat but she repeated herself directing her voice at me. I left it alone incase I was misinterpreting her tone. I dipped my feet in the water and realized it was too hot, before I had a chance to ask for them to cool it down a little, she continued to use that same rude tone to put my feet up, I proceeded to let her know that I need the water to cool down. Again, I let it slide. I showed her a picture of the design and color I wanted and she confidently said she could do that. Part of the design had cow print on it, the cow print she did looked like SPERM CELLS. I didn’t exactly tell her that but I told her I wasn’t quite satisfied with the design. Listen, if I’m gonna pay $140 (including tip) for my nails to get done, I’m gonna make sure I’m happy with it. She threw her hands up and said “you can’t expect your nails to look exactly like the picture” I told her that she shouldn’t have agreed to do the design if she wasn’t confident she could do it and if I didn’t expect my nails to look ALMOST exactly like the picture I wouldn’t have asked. She then started rushing me to finish my nails an hour into my appointment. We know that 1 hour is not enough time to have a pedicure and manicure with dip and designs. Whoever is doing the scheduling did not consider that the last two times I was there.I see that the common complaints in the reviews is that some of the techs are impatient and rude. It seems like they are more worried about getting people in and out as quickly as they can, or they’re just not happy with their job. This place has potential. Again, I really wanted to like this place.Services: Dip powder

First, I should say, I had been going here since Stacy and Tan opened their doors, so it's sort of difficult to write this review...but here goes.Stacy and Tan are friendly people, but over the past several years, I've found myself going here less and less (and now not at all, because I've found a MUCH better value) because the quality of my Manicure/Pedicure has continuously gone downhill and I always get the same thing...The cost has increased, which is normal for any business, but when the experience when you come in is inconsistent, and you never get the same thing, time after time, even when you "order" the exact same service, over and over, the amount of inappropriate skin that an employee shows still doesn't distract you from the lack of quality in the work they provide for the amount you're paying.NOTE: I had made three, in a row, appointments to have Stacy take care of my nails. Booked, scheduled and arrived, and the service was done by someone else.Overall, I've spent the last four or so years coming here, and I don't see myself ever returning, because they simply don't value consistent service or return customers. I wish them the best, but if I don't ever get what I'm paying for, there's no reason for me to keep spending money with your business.
