Shelby is amazing!!! I made an appointment to have my makeup done and had a specific style in mind. Not only did the makeup turn out amazing ( even better than I imagined) she listened and educated me on the products she was using for the service. She was so kind and extremely helpful. If you ever want a full glam look, any new products from MAC or even just to feel confident and beautiful go to her!

Walked in. No greeting. Wanted to purchase Mac foundation again. Nobody walked up and asked if I needed help. Staff awkwardly stared at the checkout computer and didn’t say a single word or ask if I needed anything. Left and went to Sephora 😞

Reformulated Studio Fix Powder Foundation: Originally went to Ulta and couldn’t find my shade so I drove to the MAC store. Shoutout to Bailey from MAC in Tukwila for being meticulous & warm! I’m an NC43 in the original formula, and since that shade does not even exist in the reformulated one, we had to search high and low! Eventually we moved on to the cool tones & found a winner: C8 (a color that Ulta surprisingly does not have in store so go to MAC if you want to try it). Overall I recommend this store for the warmth of employees and the shade selection!

MAC Cosmetics are truly exceptional and I will always be a MAC girl. This review is in regards to the customer service ( or lack thereof ) I went in on Saturday early evening and there were THREE employees working. Not one greeted me, not one asked if I needed anything. They were laughing very loudly at their own conversation and could have cared less that there were customers in the store. When I checked out they hardly spoke to me, but continued to act childish amongst themselves. It was actually uncomfortable because I was doing my best to be nice and friendly. In my opinion they either care nothing for their job or operate under management that doesn't care about customer service and the customer's experience.

MJ did my makeover for a maternity shoot and baby shower. I felt so beautiful and cared for. We did a natural look with a pink lip to match my headpiece and belt. We were surprised to learn the $90 you pay for the full look makeover turns into cash you can spend on whatever products in the store after you get your look done.
MJ you are a great artist and such a sweet person to talk to. Thank you for making me feel beautiful.

Personal opinion the make up artists are good at their job but they are not top tier I got told there was a 4 product purchase for a full face which is definitely pushing it to far cause it’s not that good and they said they have high quality make up artist but they’re not high quality they’re just basic make up artist and they shades other companies like Sephora which is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional because they think their make up artist are the best in the world when it’s just basic that’s all they let the compliments get to them and give them a big head saying they are high quality no I beg to differ cause I’ve seen non professionals do better or the same as them they let it get to their head to much

I wish I got the associates name but i went in around 11:20am 11/27, he was sooo kind and helpful. I went in trying to figure out if makeup was the best option to covering up my neck tattoo. He went in showing me how to use the color corrector (keep in mind, I'm literally clueless about what to blend or just makeup in general) then kindly explain the build up process. Although my tattoo wasn't covered as I'd liked(gone lol) he did recommend online products with amazing reviews. Thank you for the experience, I'm not scared of makeup anymore!

Very disappointed in the customer service. Called 4 times and was unable to get directions to the store from inside the mall. When I finally found the store the young lady was defensive and not apologetic. Not the way to treat an elder. I won't be buying from this store.

i came to mac almost in tears after sephora ruined my wedding trial makeup and kirstin came through for me... i loved every single thing she put on me it looked so natural and my wedding photos came out perfect. im a beginner but i wanted to save money doing my own makeup and she showed me every step. she even texted me tips and. Followed up to see how it turned out. very very impressed with the service and will be back for all my makeup
