Extremely bad salesmen @ Man department. They lockup their wet shirts here at Macy’s southcenter mall tukwila wa. The salesman is so rude and unacceptable customer service when ask to unlock the item. By the way, do not call me your pal when I am a macy's loyalty customer.

Really disappointed. I was shopping with my husband and kids for Father’s Day. We went upstairs to look at watches and get a face wash. My husband decided he wanted a Sounders Jersey instead, so we grabbed our face wash and headed downstairs to grab the jersey and pay for all of items. However, as we headed towards the downstairs escalator, we were literally followed by an associate, it almost felt like being hunted! She walked up along side us quickly and told me I had to pay for my cosmetics upstairs before going anywhere else in the store? This was odd, I used to work here 10 years ago and didn’t remember that rule. I questioned her and she told me associates are on commission so that is why I had to pay for the face wash upstairs. I was so angry, I felt like she was profiling me, as if I was going to steal the item. I returned to cosmetics and returned the face wash and asked for a manager. Mariyum who is a department manager took my complaint. I hope she trains the associate how to properly treat and service customers.

On Sunday, May 19, in the afternoon I went to buy a Macys perfume and, as always, Ana took excellent care of me, she is very kind, efficient, very professional in her work, I recommend 5 ? I love this place, I always leave very happy
