Found a leather couch, just what we needed, to make our living room, a great place to gather for entertainment, social time or even a nap! My Feng Shui friends love the sectional. They say it brings warmth & comfort to a room w 18 foot ceiling peak!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE.The furniture is nice enough, and the prices are not terrible, but the warranty on the furniture is (IMO) extremely deceptive. Our purchasing decision on a large and expensive sectional couch was based on broad warranty coverage that Macy's offers. The issue ended up being that it's basically impossible to get the warranty honored. Our warranty claim on a single incident of accidental damage (which should be covered by the warranty) was denied... And there does not appear to be any way to appeal the denial.Had I known that getting Macy's to honor the warranty was going to be this difficult, I would have purchased elsewhere.

If I could give these people negative review, I would. we came in to buy a furniture a few times from this location and not to my surprise they were very nice to us when we were making these purchases. I ordered the dining table that costs $2100 from the sale rep named Ken. While making the order, ken was pretty friendly, but when we decided to return the item because I didn't go with other products that we purchased ken wasn't so nice. When giving us a refund, he told us that it has to be through our bank and not through Macy's and then after that back-and-forth, he gave us a parcel refund, leaving out $1000 in which we had to contact corporate in order to get back. Not a very nice experience, and very dishonest.

I love this Macy’s store. It's one of the iconic stores along with Nordstrom and JC Pennys. The store always has good people working, and they are all well-trained.I like the buying online and return service at the stores. There's no question asked, and you can return the items with ease. The store is beautiful, filled with everything you need. I highly recommend Macy’s if you are in the area.

Macys is a full service department store located in the south center complex. This store is a survivor from way back. It’s a great multi leveled store that offers anything a full spectrum retailer with ample choice. Primarily a clothier, you can find men’s women’s and children’s clothe on 3 of its floors. House wares and furniture are also in store. Good value can be found in its inventory. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area.

I bought a much needed sofa for my family at Christmas, within a week one of the reclining switches went out. Called it in, 4 weeks later a technician came out and agreed that the switch was broken. The tech called it in and yes, there were some available in the same town in which I live and said it shouldn't take long. It is now been 4 1/2 months and my sofa is still broken. Macy's customer service has been NO help in fixing this matter. I do not recommend buying their over priced furniture. Horrible service

This was one of the worst Macy's furniture places I have been in. They sorta tried to help but you could tell it was mainly about the sale. And the selection was slim. Not sure what was going on but just not a good feeling, or experience.

Came in to look at the furniture in their showroom was going to purchase online. The sales person said "well if you buy with us, we can always help you here if you have any issues plus you help keep the lights on in the store by making the purchase here...". So I thought why not, let's make a purchase here. So I did. Then a month later (prior to receiving the furniture ordered) we decided to change our mind and get something else. Well, guess what??? You are unable to cancell your order and get a refund unless that same salesperson is in and they are the only ones that can do anything. They don't have a manager on duty, they don't have a supervisor on duty. So now my only option is to call Macy's customer service and do the cancellation there. Which defeats the whole purpose of coming into the store. Sleazy shady salespeople, they run to you when you walk in the door to buy stuff but when you need to cancel no one will help you. If you must purchase at Macy's (though I wouldn't ever again), save yourself the trouble and do it online.

I purchased a leather couch from Macy's Tukwila store on 09/04/22 and it was delivered on 09/14/2022. After using the couch for a few days, we realized that the sofa cushions are not firm and they were sagging a lot. The couch that we saw and sat on in the store had very firm cushions and that is the reason we chose this couch. After reporting the issue to Macys, they sent a technician to inspect it. The technician agreed that there is a problem with the spring system with all four sections of the couch and he has seen this problem multiple times before. The same technician came to fix the couch after a week. He mentioned that he will be fixing three of the four seats since he only got work order for three. The same technical inspected the issue and agreed that the issue exists in all four seats but still got work order for three seats. Why? I asked the technician again about the reason for the sagging issue and he mentioned that the springs have worn out. How can the springs worn out in less than two months with minimal use? Instead of replacing the spring system, he used a hacky solution to fix it by putting a cut out piece of wood under the spring so that it doesn't let the cushion move. How can you justify such a fix on a sofa which was purchased two months ago? The fix improved sagging a bit but not enough to make the couch comfortable to sit on, nor did it match the firmness of the couch we saw in the store. After applying the hacky fix on two of the seats, the technician asked if he should fix the third seat as well. I declined the offer as the fix was not really working and might do more damage to the couch in the long run. I contacted customer service and they said that the technician submitted a report saying that the job was complete even though we were never satisfied with the fix and the technician only applied the fix on two out of four seats. After too much back and forth, customer service agreed to replace the couch and gave me a salescheck number but didn't confirm if they will be replacing the entire couch or parts of it. They asked me to contact the store to confirm this. Weird, isn't it? They created the salescheck but they couldn't confirm what's included in the salescheck. Why? Anyways, I contacted the store and the store associate told me that they will get back to me with this information. After not receiving a call for more than 4 hours, I called again and the associate confirmed that only one seat will be replaced. I tried to contact customer service again, but the brilliant voice response system that they have put in place is not connecting me to a human agent, nor I am getting any response on email. First, they frauded me by sending poor quality merchandise which is nowhere close in comfort to the one on display in the store, then the technical submitted a false report of the fix and the customer service is honoring technician's report instead of listening to my complaint and then they duped me by replacing only a part of the couch instead of the entire couch. And don't forgot the multiple hours I spent writing emails and calling customer service. I'll probably have to live with this couch for a while since its pretty pricey but I am never going to this fraud store again.

After shopping around for furniture in KITSAP, then making a special trip to Seattle and surrounding areas for furniture, visiting 8 other furniture stores - it's this Macy's that not only had what we wanted, but the best furniture salesman Emilio! From the time we walked in the door, to browsing and helping choose exactly what we were looking for, Emilio knows furniture, and is such a great employee for Macys. I have no idea how they got him, but he was brilliantly impressive and saved us tons of money as well. 5 STARS HANDS DOWN! Thank you Emilio!
