“Got a new Bipap machine from Norco in Wenatchee a day before flying out of SeaTac to Italy and saw that I was missing a part for tubing to connect to my mask. Norco on SW Lind in Renton took care of me with urgency. They were so kind and knowledgeable and got me out of there in less than 5 minutes in order to catch my flight. “The owner was totally cool, extremely helpful and transparent about everything. I had many questions and all were answered above and beyond. My wife had foot surgery and he was able to help get us squared away and ready the day before surgery. Excellent communication and super friendly. Reasonably priced and again extremely helpful. Totally will use again if we need another knee scooter. Also, a super awesome knee scooter. It turned way better than the one my sister used for herself. Collapsed down for ease of transport when we went out for any reason.”
“I had been aware of Bodypoint products but never used them. I went to the Boston Abilities Expo a year ago and happen to stop by their booth and got to see their Evoflex Belt with the Swivel Buckle option in action. Being a T5 paraplegic i was intrigued by it because of the stability it offered during day to day activities. I am currently using the smaller sized BP Evoflex belt on my everyday chair and I'm loving it.I just ordered myself a new TiLite everyday chair and I made sure to order it with the Evoflex belt. I get a lot of questions from people when they see that I have a belt on my chair since I was one of those people that did always without any kind of seatbelt. I don't always strap on the belt. I mainly use it when I'm sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time to keep myself aligned in my wheelchair or when I need some extra stability like when in the weight room working out. I also use the belts on my basketball chair. Will definitely never go without one of these belts again.... I am currently looking at some of their other products to help me with other needs in my day to day life.”
