The worst customer service I ever .!!!After I bought a watch in southcenter Micheal Kors store, I went in next day to exchange it, but two young ladies(asian and white ladies), they start argument with me by saying, I resized the watch which I didn't do.I asked them to bring similar watch and when we compare the watch chains they are similar and equal and both ladies admitted that the watch was not resized.Then, when I convienced them it was not resized, then they changed the topic and started saying it has a scratch. That scratch was their and it was very tiny when I bought it because they sold me the display watch as they didn't have similar watch in the inventoryI literally didn't resize and did nothing wrong with the watch. I tried to call to corporate office but their phone didn't work.Those two ladies are not supposed to work in customer service spot because they are so disrespectful and they are liersEventually, I went to other store and they exchanged it for me without any problem.Anyone who go to micheal kors store in southcenter, should know that the return or exchange is not guaranted even if the item has not any issue.

Of course their items are great! I was really happy and excited about this place, but majorly bummed out with how they process things. They are the closest MK store to me. High end store with some low grade staff, what can you say, what can you do? I haven't bought an item from them since and instead of purchasing through them, I'll just shop online. I wouldn't even call it customer service.No sadly I would not recommend this place, it's the staff and their unwritten policy.FYI to the comments about returns and exchanges--I can confirm the reason why they don't want to do a return is because it'll count against their store and it will make their report look bad. They don't want the return, they don't want to lose their sale. They want their numbers to look good. In fact I bet they have told you to return it at the MK in Alderwood mall right?

I f I could give negative stars I would. The WORST experience I have ever had!!!!!I came to exchange a watch that I purchased in another Michael Kors Store while traveling. The store manger Jonathan was extremely rude and told me it was against their policy to do a return or exchange because the watch had been sized. I explained that this was not shared with me when I purchased the watch just 6 days ago, nor was it on the receipt. He told me it was the policy and he could not make any exception.I told him I work in retail and this is a horrible way to treat a customer. He belittled me by saying that if I work in retail that I should understand policies.He then gave me the phone number to online customer service. After 20 minutes on the phone, they said there was nothing they could do since my item was purchased in store and not online.I called the store in Scottsdale where I purchased the watch and the manager there told me that it is not in their policy to refuse returns of sized watches and she would have accepted the return. She said the watch is resalable and there is no reason to deny the return. She called Jonathan to ask for him to honor my return and he still wouldn’t. After an hour in the store he finally offered an exchange, but did not honor the $50 savings that I received less than a week ago. I paid $25 plus tax for a watch that was cheaper than the original.I have never in my 18 years in retail ever treated a customer the way I was treated today. Someone needs to train the managers. Stores should not have different policies and if it is the policy, it needs to be communicated and printed on the receipt. You have lost a customer for life.

Just walking around looking for gifts no one ever came up to me it was strange this is a high end store with Wal-Mart standard don't look at the customer and they will go away no thanks I will shop at stores that give a dam

Came to this location on a Saturday and the store was closed at 6:30 pm and states there are open until 9:30pm. I really wish the operation hours was up to date. Pretty inconvenient.

Poor service..I walked thru the whole store looked at everything and saw two ladies chatting away one named Jessica..non came to say hi or offer any help. I walked in to purchase two bags one that could fit my surface pro and another small bag along with a watch for my daughter. I felt as if their service at this location is based the profile of the person. I am hispanic and my family was with me and we were all ignored. I shop often at Michael Kors stores and love to keep up to date on new styles. To bad this store does not serve all customer the same.

When I come to this mall I make sure to stop here and see if there's a new purse to add to my collection. All the staff here is really nice and friendly. I always feel welcomed and we also chit chat and always ask how my day is going. I will forever come to this location.
