Disappointing visit to Michael's today. Seems like they don't want people to spend much time in the store. No carts: hard to browse if I have my hands full. No bathroom access any more: I couldn't stay. No bags: *sigh* I was ready to drop several hundreds of dollars on a Cricut machine today but there was no information available about the different machines and only one employee there who couldn't help me. I left with a small container of clay, and that's it.

Some of the items in row 8 to hang pictures had no price tags. Having to wait for register was long. Hate to use self checkout.

I come in and spend about 168-170$ bucks every time I come in. I came in and Ashley ducked and dodged every moment I had until my son came upon her and said can we get some help. It shouldn’t take that. I’m black I get it there a lot of things that go on but to be disrespectfully avoided has me feeling a certain way. We only came in 2 hours within closing time and wasn’t even looked after. I had plenty questions but no one seemed like they wanted to talked to me. Could be a much better establishment but people choose who they wanna talk to and don’t care for anyone else who walks in

Michaels on Southcenter Blvd now has three self-checkout stations that have advanced features. Great stuff and it helps with checkout speed.

Found item online, drove to store to find item was 50% more than the online price. The store was able to match the online price but the checkout process took about 20 minutes.It's like they want you to come to the store, and hope you'll just pay whatever when you are tied of waiting for them to figure out how to sell the item at the advertised price.
