I had a custom fitting for suits at the men's department in association with Indochino. What a wonderful experience. The person was prompt, knowledgeable and detail orientated. She was also very pleasant to work with. I couldn't ask for anything more from the experience. 5 stars.

I came on Monday 7/28/2025
Southwest corner associates. If you stay off your phone and have your head up. Don't wait till I'm going in the dressing room to pay me attention. I had already tried on items and I was carrying a bag with boots and garment. At one point as I walked out the lady walking in to check stops coming in once she seen I was done. Greet and help stay off your phone.
Only person helpful was Nordstrom Associate Cameron. I remember because I glance at the name tag. The other associates seem.lazy and disengage.

It seems like customer service is becoming a thing of the past. So many stores in the mall the associates are glued to their phones and sitting on the counters! Nordstrom’s has top notch associates who treat you like they care.

Fizza was an incredible help the other day. I was looking for a pair of studs for my grandmother and she was a great help and very kind. She took extra care and suggested bunch of new and beautiful pieces. If you ever get a chance to visit Nordstrom in Tukwila, do stop by accessories department cause Fizza will recommend you some great options.
