Absolutely despicable customer service. Don't waste your time!!!
I brought in 1 garment "WITH MY RECIEPT" to return, it was less than 2 weeks from the purchase date and the threading had already started coming apart down the lining on the side it was all coming undone.
I was told by some girl with a nasty attitude that because the garment had already been warn there was nothing they could do for me because they could not resell it and it looked like it had been warn.
The Nordstrom family of brands and Stores used to mean Excellent Customer Service, its sad to know this no longer is the case.

Some of ladies work at the check out have lack of customer service skills . No smile on there face, no patience with customer, act like we go there and get the stuffs for free. Hope the one manage the store read this message and take them go to learn how to treat customers right.

Plenty of inventory. I asked them to hold a handbag I wanted to buy and they graciously did that and I went and picked it up a couple of hours later. Browse around the store and found other items. The employees were very nice

I like Nordstrom Rack but I can never find any shoes I like here. I've purchased jeans, & shoulder bags, jackets, & skirts here. Hard to find shoes I like. It is fun to search the racks for good deals.

Stopped at this store to return my online order and it reminds me why I haven't shopped at this particular store for a while. I love the Rack and been shopping there since college but NOT this particular location. I can't stand the rudeness of the staff. I was "fortunate" to have Janet to help me with the return and I experienced the beauty of the "exceptional" service experience. She knows the items that I want to return are final sale even before I pulled out of my bag. What a genius! Then when I questioned her that she asked for the order number!?? What? I could have call for MIC but feel like it isn't worth my time. Just don't shop here if you are expecting Nordstrom customers service experience. The customers service here is worst!!!
