WOW! Red Carpet service without a doubt! We have used NW Modular Systems Furniture for our office furniture needs several times but were pleasantly surprised to find out that they also offer moving services! I have moved several companies over the years and this move by far was the smoothest EVER! They came out and walked through our location, took inventory, offered solutions for packing then went to the new location to see the spaces and where they were moving us to. They were very thorough and we were impressed with the questions they asked and how we got a well thought out estimate. The moving crew was friendly and efficient. They were very thoughtful on how they packed our stuff in the trucks for the move and made sure everything was properly stacked and covered.Our new location was much bigger than our previous one. They offered great ideas for used furniture that would work great in our space. They took measurements and made sure everything would fit perfectly. The furniture was brought on the same day as our move so they did not have to make multiple trips.If you are moving or are in need of new or used furniture give Deb and her team a call. Customer service was great. Was able to purchase item without any issues and have it delivered immediately. Deb was helpful and made it a positive experience. I would definitely purchase office related products from this company in the future. Items seem to be quality at a reasonably affordable price.

Installation was smooth, and they followed up with thorough verification that what we purchased met our expectations. Highly recommend.

Great service, value and delivery/install. Deb and Daryl quickly suggested and designed a solution that was affordable, functional and a great value. The install team are top notch and helpful. I bought a used herman miller chair and I am very satisfied with the purchase (good price and excellent conditions). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am so happy I found NW Modular while was upgrading my work from home office setup. I was able to buy a sit-stand desk and herman miller chair, both lightly used, at an insane fraction of the retail price.My back feels SO much better getting into a desk/chair setup that support me and my work.- I showed up right at opening (and an hour earlier than they expected me) and they didnt miss a beat getting me in front of the pieces I was interested in; letting me "kick the tires" as they put it.- I was able to back my vehicle up the loading dock ramp and they were very careful with the pieces and so friendly while getting it loaded up.- I had a 100/100 experience here, will be be sure to recommend NW Modular to anyone else who is WFH looking for an affordable upgrade.Bravo.

I work for a Utility Engineering firm (QUES) and was tasked with purchasing cubicles and chairs for our new office. NW Modular was a fabulous company to work with for this project. I got to work with Schelly to pick out our cubicles and she was an absolute delight. Schelly listened to exactly what we were looking for and our budget. She never tried to sell us something we didn't want just because it would make a bigger sale. When it came time for delivery/installation their team was quick working, very nice and made our space look amazing. We could not be more pleased with our new furniture and we have had many compliments on it. The colors, fabric and desk top surfaces are amazing and definitely not like the cubicles you are used to. The guys on our team are very happy with their work spaces. I would 100% recommend that if you are in the market for new or used furniture that you go see Schelly with NW Modular in Tukwila.
