Used to be a very good place to shop but now they have impingement a very dishonest and diceiving method of marketing that is very disappointing. They put a sign for $10,5 or other prices on a platform with different clothing on it. When you go to check stand they say it's a price for the left part of the platform not the right side. The right side is the normal price.I paid a full price once to learn it. Very dishonest. Haven't shopped there for a while now because of that practice. Be honest, old navy.

On friendly helpful staff person was found. The cashier forgot to include 3 items in our bag resulting in another Lyft trip back to the store. Super frustrating.

Great location but Burlington next door keeping telling people to come over to Old Navy to use the Restroom because they do NOT allow customers to use their restroom. If the Manager is reading this. You should go tell the Burlington Manager to not do that.
