The absolute worst customer service. I didn’t get your name as there was no name tag. I have 2 separate visits with 2 different associates. Based on my experience I’m guessing they missed how to treat people with respect and kindness. Absolutely deplorable behaviour. I would avoid the Southcentre pandora. Not worth the grief. I would sooner be stuck in traffic driving to chinook then having to deal with this store at southcenter pandora

Customer please be aware of this locations staff behavior. I recommend go to another location for good experience. The assistant manager, Amanda, she is so rude in the way she talking to you. For the first time being in the US, I felt so pity that I can't defense myself to talk back to this kind of customer service.

Asked to clean bracelet and they need u to wait in store for 10-20 mins but there’s no chairs in store for customers to sit while waiting so I was just standing there doing nothing

Very displeased. Had got a bracelet with 4 charms, two of the charms being claps that are ment to hold the other charms in place. These two charms fell off the bracelet randomly and had gotten damaged. Tried to see if pandora would replace them or provided we with any help as the charms were now dented and scratched. They claim since the charms still clamp shut and work there not at fault and there was nothing they could do. Better help in the situation to help me replace the ruined charm, not at my own fault would of been great. Do not recommend purchasing from this jewelry store.

Had a terrible customer experience with the “manager” Anne. She was rude and condescending. Poor customer service, as a long time customer of Pandora I will never return to this location. Went to another location and finally got the help I needed. Buyers beware of going to this location.

UPDATE!!! I know she didn’t want to do her job because I left a different location within 5 minutes with my refund!!!The store manager at this Tukwila location is really who pandora wants as the face of this store ??? I came in to make a return and “the store manager” who didn’t want to give me her name flat out said we can’t make a return to your card… but you can charge my card when I make a purchase ? I’m sorry if you need to hit your quota and are short but this is not how you treat your customers when I was nothing but nice up until this moment. She didn’t do a SUGNLE thing/action to try and help me except flat out say “we can’t issue a refund to your card”

I love the Pandora Charms! Unfortunately for me the Staff at this particular Pandora didn't seem too interested to assist me! Honestly I felt like I was imposing on them! That I interrupted them! I would have made a purchase, I had my Birthday Coupon! Maybe next time I am there!

Went for the buys 2 get one sale. Chose some items to find out I couldn't get what I wanted because there was restrictions on one item. The sign said buy 2 get 1 free no small print.or anything. The girls said it was on the small print. Usually it will say even very small but I showed her none of the advertisements had any restrictions or clause. It's not the workers fault it there is no Astrid for details of the sale means everything is on sale there are no restrictions. It's not fair for a customer or the workers.

this place is very good to sell but when the rings or bracelets are damaged they are very bad to help especially Amanda who thinks she is the owner of the store not helpful at all and all the time she is with her bitter face if she doesn't like her job, she should leave someone else who is more friendly since it's customer service. Even though I had a reciept to change my bracelet since it was damaged she treated me very badly felt like if she was discriminating me.
