Alex is literally great! He is very knowledgeable and was able to help me with a balloon pack that said it was in stock but was in not the store. This alone was worth the drive from Seattle.

Been to multiple locations this one can definitely improve on their work ethic. The workers should focus more on tasks instead of being distracted by useless talk between each other, leave that for break rooms and lunches or when it's slow
