Drove down from seattle to sell my clothes but I forgot my ID, the gentlemen in the store said he would accept a picture so I went to grab my clothes.
Upon coming back I was spoken to condescendingly saying it’s not accepted and a physical ID is needed.

Very clean and well organized store with something for everyone. Ironically that's the only place where me and my kids can shop all at the same time. Stuff is reasonable priced and it helps that they buy clothes. The owner is very nice.

I brought a few bags of clothes after decluttering my house, and each time I brought in a bag or two, they kept making excuses, saying the items needed to be in season or needed to be laundered, etc. When I followed through with their requests, they found another excuse to avoid buying. What a joke!

STOP!! This Place will give you NOTHING for your clothe
They took 11 itema from me with NEW tags and gave me ONLY 40$!! This PLACE IS NOT WORTH SELLING YOUR CLOTHES!!! 😡😡😡. I was in need of gas so i sold it but I WONT EVER RECOMMEND OR GO BACK!!!!

I loved shopping here, I just read many responses about who comes to sell their clothes and I regret that, but for those of us who buy, the truth is that they have very good prices. I can't afford to buy clothes at real prices, and I've survived quite well with the clothes from here. Thank you 🤍

I bought in a bag full of Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders clothing. Barely worn just hung in my closet. I went back and the only wanted two pieces and for $8. I literally laughed out loud and said no. I absolutely wasn't expecting a lot of money but was expecting more. The whole thing is a joke and I will be telling my friends about my experience.

Came in for the first time and had a very pleasant time. Great prices and I had put my phone down and they were helpful calling my phone and helping me look for it which I found. Well organized and cheaper than Goodwill. Will be back!

They tell you 15 to 20 mins, when reality its an hour or longer, last time i waited an waited to hear back an when i finally came in, all of a sudden it was magically ready. The kids they have working in here think they are too cool for anything, have bad attitudes and just come off snobbish, not very friendly and judge you based on your appearance. I tried selling nice cute clothes and got denied. So whatever hipsters, ya'll are doing a fantastic job, keep up the good work!
