0/10 WORST HOTEL EVER I booked months in advance and even got emails days leading up to my trip informing me of my upcoming stay only to arrive to the hotel being covered in caution tape with no access to the building and no answers to my calls. I found out from the building next door that they had been closed for weeks so why wasn't I informed that I wouldn't have a place to stay when i arrived from my 8 hour flight ??? I contacted customer service and they told me they would resolve this issue within a week and a week later they provided me with another number to contact to have this issue resolved. I have called this number every day for 2 weeks with no answer. Ramada doesn’t care about its clients or they would've done something to fix this issue as I had to last minute find a place to stay for the weekend in that moment which resulted in me paying more than I had planned and ruined my trip.

The location is out of the way to the city. The rooms were dirty, the smoke detector was broken. I recommend to park on the upper level and DO NOT park in the parkade, as my car got broken into between 11pm to 7am, it was quite and secluded. My car alarm went off, no one at the front desk heard anything nor did any of the guests mentioned anything to the front desk. I had to find out when I was walking to my car. They had security cameras, but they were not helpful. Filed a police report, not helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Pay a little extra elsewhere.

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Absolutely disgusting. Poor customer service. Syrup and milk were gone at breakfast. Blow dryer was broken. Cigarette burn in comforter. Dirty toilet. DISGUSTING ?

2 years after many unanswered emails, calls and my previous review and Ramada by Wyndham has NOT done anything to remedy, compensate or apologize for the inexcusable service. After reading the current reviews nothing has been done for anyone else either. This is not a hotel, it’s a slum.

The manager of this Ramada, AJ Singh is a thiefI prepaid on Priceline $504 for my son's girlfriend to stay at this hotel from Saturday through the following Thursday. She arrived at the hotel early Sunday morning and was informed that because she had not arrived by midnight Saturday that her reservation had been cancelled. Ramada policy is that if a person misses a night that evening is forfeited and the remainder of the registration is refunded. AJ Singh has refused to follow Ramada policy and refund the balance, in spite of being contacted by both Priceline and Wyndham Customer Care with no results. Extremely disappointing service at what is at best a 1 star hotel.

This location is terrible. You might as well rented a room at the dump !! First room we went in sheets were soiled and the smell was horrible!! Second room was worse smell was horrid and fixtures and appliances were broken bodily fluids on the bed. And roaches all over. Staff after seeing pics that she would go take a look came back trying to convince us otherwise!! Walked with her to the room the sheets were sticking together due to bodily fluids!! PLEASE READ! IM TRYING TO SAVE YOU MONEY AND FROM THE STRESS! I booked a room here for my family visiting in town and we weren’t in there for more than 45 mins before having to check out. Property has roaches and I’ve heard bed bugs from others but I experienced the roaches. Entering the room, I realized that the room was not what I ordered. I booked a room for 2 queen beds and was given full sized beds, the door was dirty and the bathroom area had weird looking stains, then we spotted a roach on the fridge.Upon discovering the roach, we immediately checked out and found a new hotel. I tried speaking with front desk about getting my refund and he said to come back in the morning when manager is on site since he’s the only one who can process refunds. It was annoying but our trip just started so we left.The next morning we came back and asked the morning clerk for the Manager, AJ, but now she’s saying he’s out of the country in India and we have to wait 3 more days. Ok, we come back in 3 days and ask the swing shift clerk for the manager but she says he works from home and doesn’t come on site unless for maybe 10 minutes at the time. Now, I’m getting pissed because no one can do anything and this alleged manager is nowhere to be found. I emailed the email address they claimed to be his and never got a response. I call everyday and he’s still nowhere to be found, I’ve escalated the situation through customer care and am currently awaiting a response. This hotel is participating in fraudulent activities because they never refunded me my security deposit of 150$ as well.This property is involved in some type of scam because the manager is either always not there or out of the country, corporate is tough to reach because they won’t work with you unless you have proof of trying to handle it at the manager level, your security deposit will be taken even if you checked out 45 mins later, and the property is just dirty. If you see one roach you know there’s more to come. If you’ve read this far, I hope you make a wise decision and book elsewhere.

OK some of it my fault. I thought I booked for the Ramada at the airport. This is not it. Yes the TV you must hook it up yourself. Please make sure you remove your passwords later. I was accused of smoking in the room immediately after I came in from outside. It's a strange and desperate place. Make sure your actually booking for the one at the airport. This one is just harassment. Yes also no breakfast. ALSO NOT SAFE PLACE TO BE BY YOURSELF!!!

I booked hotel through Priceline and between Priceline and this hotel they must have something going on. I went to Seattle for a wedding and didn’t know how bad this place was until we got there and someone leaving just as we were coming warned us to look at the rooms before we stay! Unfortunately I was inside filling out the paperwork when my daughter came in and told me what this gentleman said..at the same time we yelped the hotel and found out they had bedbugs!! Needless to say I tried telling the man at the front desk we changed our minds and weren’t going to stay and he told me it was too late! We hadn’t even gone to the rooms! Told us we would have to go to the rooms to prove what we read! We went to the rooms and in no time pulled back the sheets and found bedbugs!! I can’t believe Priceline and Wyndham hotels have their names associated with this place!! Is there anything else available lower than a 1 star rating for these companies?! Calls to both the Wyndham and Priceline customer service went without any resolution, don’t ever book through Priceline! I tell everyone I know not to use them!Nearby activities: Never stayed there but the link wont let me complete without replying to each answer

First of all the staff at check-in was not friendly. The room was adequate. The advertised microwave and refrigerator had been removed. The only microwave was down in the lobby. They advertised a free breakfast, but that was not available. We paid over $100 for the night which was ridiculous for what we received. We DO NOT recommend this hotel..

Stayed as a guest for 1 night. Was given Room no 113. When we entered the room and checked the washroom, there was a stain around the water level of the Toilet Bowl which was disgusting to see. It means that either the room was not let out for a long time or the Toilet Bowl was not cleaned. Also, on top of the BathTub, there was a gaping hole on the ceiling which was not patched up. Not sure why the room was let out with all these defects. It just lets the Franchise name of Ramada down. We have never experienced this kind of Rooms in any other Ramada hotels ever. Would not recommend any one to stay here at all, till they give cleanliness a priority.

I would give zero stars if an option. Don't stay here. We checked in and went to the room. Door lock broken on the door, sheets dirty and had dirt or something in the bed. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling with a hole in the ceiling. They didn't have a different room and won't give a refund. Unacceptable.Rooms: The room we didn't end up staying in was dirty, sheets had debris on them, hole in ceiling, hole in wall.Safety: The clerk is behind plexiglass with just a slot big enough for a credit card. Parking is dark. Door lock was broken in room.
